we can suggest it was caused by heavy bombardment from the Taurid meteor & debris path,,,
or perhaps Angels corralled a constellation of asteroids and then sent them crashing to Canada-Greenland-Norway-Sweden with laser rays and melting the mile thick ice sheet in a matter of Days !

Agree the world is too big for total control but it seems they sure are going to try.

They don’t expect total compliance which is why in the WEF’s Vision of 2030 they imagine outcast towns/ people /groups which refused to join the system -

I guess "No Go Zones" will have it's benefits, and will be too expensive for TPTB to keep replacing robots and drones, when they know that conforming the outcasts is a waste of money since they already have more complaints then they need.
