Fetterman preemptively sues to get undated and misdated mail-in votes counted

My wifes working the Polls in Michigan and they don't leave the building till it's all sent to the county board. It has to be done by midnight tonight and the ballots have to be delivered by noon tomorrow. Signatures at every handoff.

They said UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT,not PA supreme court. They ruled OVER the PA SC.

The US Supreme Court has already ruled on the signature and date issue. They said that the ballots are invalid.

About 10 days ago the ACLU sent a letter to Allegheny County stating their concern about mail in ballots that didn't have a place for the signature and date printed on them. Allegheny County says that they have only had SIX ballots with that issue. Yesterday Fetterman and others filed a lawsuit to have ballots with missing, or incorrect dates and signatures counted. Why do I smell a rat. I want to see how many ballots Allegheny County gets back with no signatures or dates because there are no printed blocks for them on the envelope. Without a signature there is no wat to check the voter registration rolls to see if the person casting the ballot is a legal voter.

It means that Fetterman has standing to take this case past the PA Supreme Court, which is tied on the issue, directly to SCOTUS, where it's destined to end up.

Yep. The matter is "resulting" in lawsuits. There will continue to be lawsuits until the issue is resolved by SCOTUS.

No wonder Fetterman e-mailed his supporters that MAYBE by the end of the week, the race between he and Oz will be settled.
