FBI warns New Jersey synagogues of 'credible threat'

WASHINGTON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The FBI warned on Thursday that there was a credible threat to synagogues in New Jersey, asking that they take security precautions to protect their communities and buildings.

"Stay alert," the FBI's field office in Newark said in a brief statement. The statement shared no specific details about the threat. FBI agents were investigating the matter, the statement said.

"We will share more information as soon as we can," the statement said.

There's not much information on this one yet but I thought it was worth being it to everyone's attention.

With recent anti-Semitic comments from celebrities like Kanye and Kyrie, the recent uptick of hate speech on Twitter, and all of these things seemingly being celebrated by certain media personalities, it was only a matter of time before credible threats started to emerge.

Hopefully this is as far as it gets and nobody takes the next step to action.

This could also be attributed to Biden's recent inflammatory and violence inciting remarks as well.

As far as my experience goes anti-Semitism isn't a Right/Left issue, it's just an issue, period.

The man accused of murdering at least 11 people at a Pittsburgh synagogue Saturday morning was a neo-Nazi who posted online about killing Jews—and raged at Donald Trump for being insufficiently anti-Semitic.

The last nut that the FBI is basing this warning on, hated Donald Trump. Which also proves nothing, I only mention it to show you that nuts is nuts, it's not a Right/Left issue.

I condemn the attack from the guy that hated Trump, and I'll condemn any attack from the Right too.

Most of us are consistent about this sort of thing. We DON'T agree with violence of this sort.
