Russia is a naiton of 1000 years of history. Faced two genocides.

You are aware of the Holodomor aren't you?
But I guess in your fantasy world it was those bastard Yanks and Brits that caused that?

Its clear why they want a decolonization of Russia.....

Decolonise Russia?
Its a ridiculous idea.....where would they go, and why?

.... so US/UK could steal large swaths of Russia rich resources for their investors and making the 1% even richer.

I think the UK was doing very nicely out of Russia as it was.....the City was raking in billions from those Russian Oligarchs, the self-same one's that Putin was/is up to his neck in dealing with.

Ukraine is clearly winning when they are calling up in reserves for 60 years old for their mobilization.

Straight back at you with regards to Russia recently calling up an 'Army' of miscreants, ne-er-do-wells, has-beens and never-weres.
All armed with moth-balled Soviet era crap and drones etc begged, stolen or borrowed from Iran/North Korea etc.

Resulting in the collapse of the USSR.

I think the USSR collapsed because the Russian people - and the people of the other nations it has brutally suppressed - were sick of it and the miserable, dreary existence they had to endure and the grotesque abomination the Soviet regime had become.

The US installed Boris Yeltsin and tried to steal its resources from Russia for free.
While putting millions of Russians in poverty with his shock shock therapy.

And right in the thick of it was one Vladimir Putin, a man hand picked by Yeltsin.
Yeltsin groomed and tutored Putin and specifically nominated Putin to succeed him.

Boris Yeltsin didnt work on his own.

No, he had a huge swathe of ex-KGB officers working alongside him.....at the head of them was Putin.
Putin became as embroiled as anyone in the nefarious dealings of the Oligarchs who were, and still are, raping Russia.

What I find even more disturbing is that the majority of Americans, it seems, are prepared to stop nothing at all in stopping their stopping at nothing.

That pretty much sums up the madness to me.

Well the same Yanks and Brits claim that Russia blew up their own Nord Stream Piplines like how Russia stole the elections?

No. The USSR collpased happened because of the US polices of regime changes.

NED/NGOs.
National Endowment for Democracy had being praised by Roland Reagan in the past for ending the USSR as a whole.

America has a policy of regime changes.

Pulling protests in other countries.

Its not a new policy they did this towards Iran in the 50s/40s by removing the demcairtic elected government of Iran and helped the Islamic regime in Power.

The same Islamic gov in Iran which the US are trying to remove again.

Nope a number of the advisers were Westerns..

at the head of them was Putin.

Putin Lives Rent Free in your heads like in Hillary's case does it seems..

still are, raping Russia.
The ones who were raping Russia of its resources was Boris Yesltin and his admin.

His economic reforms caused about 30 million deaths since 1991 Including an increase in drug addiction, prostitution. Among other crimes.

Yeltsin’s oligarchs were getting richer.
Of course you wouldn't know this in most Mainstream News Media when considering they supported Yeltsin Polices.

They would rather have ww3 than have Russia win and Putin expose all of the crimes our politicians are involved in Ukraine. Which he would if nothing else but for the pure chaos it would cause

Sadly that might be the only way we ever find out the truth

I have no idea who blew up Nord Stream, not enough evidence to form a balanced opinion and what evidence is available is sketchy, contradictory and far from being conclusive.
As such I personally have never commented on it.

No. The USSR collpased happened because of the US polices of regime changes.

Err....no it didn't.
The USA may have been bitterly opposed to USSR, but it was entirely internal pressures and politics that brought about its demise.
To think otherwise is delusional.

Gorbachev recognised USSR had stagnated and was doomed to collapse and fail.
He instigated reform whilst trying to retain Communist Party control. But for various reasons it failed.
Russia demanded reform and its control over the Warsaw Pact countries was slipping away rapidly.
Gorbachev brought Yeltsin into the fold - they had been friends - but Yeltsin began to get disillusioned with Gorbachev's insistence on retaining Communist control, he wanted democracy....and he had the people's backing.

Poor management - the ridiculous and thoroughly compromised Gosplan - and inherent rampant corruption had rendered Russian manufacturing completely useless.
Criminals and the first emerging Oligarchs manipulated and exploited Gosplan's failings for their own ends.

Gorbachev walked and the USSR collapsed.
Yeltsin assumed control and one of the first things he did was promote one Vladimir Putin.
Putin rose through the ranks with Yeltsin's patronage.

Yeltsin's appalling mis-management and his complicit involvement with the Oligarchs was bleeding Russia dry and many even yearned for a return to the dreary, stagnant days of USSR.
Yeltsin was forced to leave and his appointed successor took over the reigns - Putin.

Putin steadies the ship whilst remaining fully complicit in the dealings of the Oligarchs - they would never have been able to prosper as they did without his knowledge and acquiescence.

That was a very brief synopsis of the decline of the USSR done from memory.
Of course there were many more contributory factors etc but essentially that was it.

America has a policy of regime changes.

Yes, its certainly engaged in it over the years.....so does that somehow give the green light for Russia to do it now?
If it was wrong for USA to do it then surely it is wrong for Russia to do it.

And do you honestly think that Russia hasn't engaged in regime change over the years?

Nope a number of the advisers were Westerns..

Name them.

The ones who were raping Russia of its resources was Boris Yesltin and his admin.

I agree, they were in on it knacker deep....including Yeltsin's protege Putin.
Of course there was western involvement, only an idiot would deny that.

His economic reforms caused about 30 million deaths since 1991 Including an increase in drug addiction, prostitution. Among other crimes.

Certainly contributed to it....but Russia was so far gone I don't think anyone could have prevented its total decline.
And the Gods of profit and greed most definitely contributed too.

To be fair, Putin did a pretty good job of turning the country around - whilst he continued to amass his own enormous personal wealth.
Of course it came at a cost but standards of living gradually improved.
If Russians were/are happy to pay the costs then that's up to them.

The problem is Putin's delusions of Greatness increased as his total grip on power went on.
Those ego driven paranoid delusions and his need for a Great epithet are taking the world to the brink of WWIII.

Absolute madness.....and for what?
