As you are no doubt aware, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) this week announced that it would provide $2 million in funding for emergency relief in aid to Cubans affected by Hurricane Ian. More info on USAID's announcement of humanitarian aid to Cubans affected by Hurricane Ian is found at these links:

This announcement constitutes a turning point for USAID as far as its Cuba-related work is concerned because USAID in the past has been demonized by the Cuban government for trying to incite a potential insurrection against the communist government and taking a jab at many of the myths of Castro's Cuba. Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar vociferously opposed any US aid to Cuban victims of Hurricane Ian on the grounds that would not reach ordinary Cubans, and she along with Mario Diaz-Balart and Marco Rubio will not be happy with this development. Since the midterms in Florida are a few weeks away, the Biden administration could be using this announcement of hurricane relief aid to Cuba to get some Cuban American voters not to vote for Ron DeSantis or Maria Elvira Salazar (Annette Taddeo's background will endear her to all Hispanic American voters in Miami because the now-defunct FARC guerrilla group was inspired by the very Fidel Castro whom Cuban-Americans in Miami recognize as a brutal dictator).

Dig deep and you'll find this is another Looting Spree and Maria is right, none of that money will get to "The Citizens" there. ☠️

Meanwhile the homeless epidemic goes unchallenged in the major cities across the US.

Domestic policy = Take.

Foreign policy = Give.

The oath of office is merely ceremonial, apparently. Hell, even some cops in certain jurisdictions don't swear an oath.

.gov is at war with us.
