During the 1970's the Church Committee disclosed many of the secret operations of the CIA, including coups, media control, spying on citizens and other nefarious governmental projects. This heavily damaged the intelligence communities capabilities and reach.

The CIA complained they had no funding sources anymore to engage in their activities, whatever they may be. One of these was individuals was William Casey. Director of the CIA from 1981-1987. In the below linked letter, Casey references to WH Counsel at the time Edwin Meese, the need for assistance in creating a new group that could funnel money to the CIA through Democracy organizations, aka NGOS.

"You will note that it calls
for' the appointment of a small Working Group to refine the proposal
and make recommendations to the President on the merit of creating
an Institute," .council or National Endowment in support of free
institutions throughout the world."

So in 1983 the Reagan/Bush administration obliged in the creation of this new entity, called the National Endowment for Democracy. Originally intended to support "democracy groups", there was backlash and...

"...through USAID (United States Agency for International Development), contracted The American Political Foundation to study democracy promotion, which became known as "The Democracy Program".[9] The Program recommended the creation of a bipartisan, private, non-profit corporation to be known as the National Endowment for Democracy (NED)"
(Remember USAID as it is now run by Samantha Powers and becomes involved below)

I'm going to use Wiki here - strangely, they are an amazing source of information on NED. So please refer to the above link for sourcing on the next few quotes.

"Half of NED's funding is allocated annually to four main U.S. organizations: the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS, associated with the AFL–CIO), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE, affiliated with the United States Chamber of Commerce), the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI, associated with the Democratic Party), and the International Republican Institute (IRI, formerly known as the National Republican Institute for International Affairs and affiliated with the Republican Party)." - "The Solidarity Center is a non-profit organization aligned with the AFL–CIO labor federation." - "WE ARE CIPE
Strengthening democracy around the globe through private enterprise and market-oriented reform" and affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce. - The National Democratic Institute (NDI), or National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, is a non-profit American NGO that works with partners in developing countries to increase the effectiveness of democratic institutions.
Their main page is something else. CHECK IT OUT - "Most of its board is drawn from the Republican Party.[4] It is committed to advancing freedom and democracy worldwide by helping political parties to become more issue-based and responsive, assisting citizens to participate in government planning, and working to increase the role of marginalized groups in the political process, including women and youth."[5]

A few more quotes from Wiki here as they are important to understanding just how deep this group is entrenched in American and World governments.

"In 1986, NED's President Carl Gershman said that the NED was created because "It would be terrible for democratic groups around the world to be seen as subsidized by the CIA. We saw that in the 1960s and that's why it has been discontinued"." - See Church Committee again.

Paul Steiger, the then editor in chief of the publication said that "those who spearheaded creation of NED have long acknowledged it was part of an effort to move from covert to overt efforts to foster democracy" and cited as evidence a 1991 interview in which then-NED president Allen Weinstein said, "A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA."

"Russian government officials and state media have frequently regarded the NED as hostile to their country.[64] In 2015, the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti blamed NED grants for the Euromaidan mass protests that forced Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych from power.[64] In July 2015, the Russian government declared NED to be an "undesirable" NGO, making the endowment the first organization banned under the Russian undesirable organizations law signed two months earlier by Russian President Vladimir Putin.[64]"

One of the other groups banned in Russia at this time was George Soros Open Society group. Hinting that these two groups tend to work often times in unison, as can be found in many cases. Where there is NED, there is also Soros.

Now lets look at some of the current members of these groups.

Former Chair, MADELEINE K. ALBRIGHT (1937-2022)
Former Chair.

"NDI expresses special thanks to the The National Endowment for Democracy, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Department of State for their continued support. Also of special note is assistance provided by the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS)."

That's quite the list of powerful folks in one group, as well as individuals pushing some of the strongest propaganda to the population, and that is just at the NDI.

Now today, we often get the word "ESTABLISHMENT" tossed around, but do people really understand what it means?
I am not so sure, but maybe everyone will get a better understanding when I list the Republicans in the IRI.

Again, that is an amazing list of powerful people all tied back to the National Endowment for Democracy.

When we look at the group overall, it is hard to pick certain topics to cover since they have been active since 1983, but there are a few I would like to touch on that may help explain why we are where we are at today as a nation.

There are sources online that I will not link that claim the European Management Forum changed their name in 1987 at the behest of the National Endowment of Democracy to their name today, that we all recognize. The World Economic Forum. Finding sources on this is difficult, and I cannot claim it to be true, but it does line up.

Let's start where I want to touch base, in 2014 Ukraine. It is well known that JOHN MCCAIN, MADELEINE K. ALBRIGHT were at the forefront of the 2014 Ukraine Color Revolution and change in power. I won't delve too deep into this, but I will point out this was also done under the Obama/Biden administration and others involved at the time were, Jake Sullivan, Amy Klobucher, Samantha Powers, Victoria Nuland, Susan Rice and Biden himself. Among others.

This is important because these same individuals were also vehemently against Trump in 2016, so much so that they helped push and/or cover up the 2016 Russia Hoax into Donald Trump. Including McCain. (If you think about Graham being extremely close to Trump during his administration, information gathering seems to come to mind looking back)

From 2016-present you have had endless investigations into Trump, from the Russian Hoax, to the Ukraine phone call (BRILIANT projection), up to classified documents today, they did and are continuing to destroy him completely.

This brings into question, why? Well because he interrupted the control in Washington.

So in 2020 we have unprecedented riots, that if you look from a higher view, resemble the exact Color Revolutions that the National Endowment groups have perfected throughout the years. Cities burning, pushing against authority, etc. You add in the 2020 election a virus of "unprecedented concern" and a massive vote by mail scheme and you have a recipe for a coup, to back that color revolution. This is what NED does, all throughout the world. They tell you themselves.

Is it not amazing that the very people in control today, Sullivan, Albright(when alive), Powers(Head of USAID), Nuland, Rice, Biden himself are all tied directly to NED through Ukraine in 2014? Did I mention Fiona Hill was involved in 2014 Ukraine? What about Alexander Vindmann? What about Michael McFaul, H.R. McMasters? How about the Disinformation Czar, Nina Jankowicz, ALL TIED TO UKRAINE IN 2014.

I could go on about this for a very long time, but the wife is making me finish up, so research, because everything happening today is tied DIRECTLY TO THIS ONE GROUP. I will likely add more in the future to this thread, so please enjoy and have a great night.

Great research! Looking at that list of "partners" and comparing it to the attendees of those Bilderberger meetings is just plain eerie.

We're all being played, and not necessarily by idiots.

Sen John McCain had also created his own version NGO of a NED.

McCain Institute for International Leadership.

we are fighting to secure democracy and alliances, defend human rights

Very similar to NED.

They push for regime changes. Under pretexts of alliances, human rights.

It's no wonder everyone is make my a pilgrimage to Ukraine! They're ALL IN ON IT!!

I recall a story during that time that Obama had sent C-17 transports to secure Ukraine's gold, which they hauled out of there to America for safe keeping.

Can anyone confirm they got it back? Our did we change that gold for federal reserve notes, sending it back to Ukraine to be laundered?

Is everyone involved going over to oversee their share or interests?

What's a US Department of Education head doing going over there??

Ukraine is a hub of spook activities and nefarious goings-on.

By the way, the US government is completely compromised, most likely for decades now. Difference now being the audacity and blatant lawlessness.

I am truly, TRULY surprised we are getting the 2A wins that are occurring right now considering. That's either a ruse or we still might have an actual window left to do the only thing we can, and are, civically required to do.

That window is closing extremely fast.

In Japan NGO's are part of the national police association. Everything is spied upon here from renting to banking under the NGO guidance of charity.

Thanks for a thought provoking post, OP.

How I’d never spend time digging in on the NED is a forehead slapper - Derp! - because it makes so much sense.

I’ve been working on formalizing an investment process for myself that largely removes technical/fundamental analysis beyond the macro data, and instead, focuses on policy/deadlines/goals/etc. and how to best position to take advantage of larger trends/identify them early.

NED will be added to my policy watch list going forward. Thanks for sharing!

Look into Pine Island Acquisition. Run by former Raytheon employees who are now part of the Biden administration. If you want some laundering fun to look into, look at the date of inception.
