It doesnt quite show as much. It could just be the wind causing a wave against the pillars. The explosion itself shows that it was quite windy at the time.

But granted we *have* seen those unmanned boats and one could easily argue that this is the perfect target for that.

The bridge itself was illegal. So nobody should used it ,and because the war it should not be a surprice to anyone that it will be targeted.

Construction of the bridge was done without the permission of the government of Ukraine, without the consent of Ukraine.

So go ask Putin why he let people use that bridge. Even Ukraine sayed long time ago that they want to hit it, so why Russian official let people use it.
