Will the Biden Admin. tax us on Social Security for us that live overseas

First, I hope not.
For those of us living overseas and on Social Security, the updates we get in the mail are alarming, but nothing yet is being said about taking out taxes. Many countries have SS tax agreements but as we know Biden doesn't give a flying fk about them agreements.

Anyway, we will see what happesn.

No democratic govt will ever get rid of social security. It’s a guarantee not to get re-elected.

Having said that, it can be taxable income where I live if you earn too much.

No, the US Govt. does not tax Disability payments and its non taxable in Japan also. Disability is paid up to the age of 65 then you collect Social Security which so far I haven't been taxed on. Due to its a small amount anyway

It's always the GOP/republicans that wants to cut SS and medicare/medicaid for the seniors.
