Hello ATS!

I have not been on our forum for a very long time, I apologize to you. I was very busy. During this period, I was on many business trips from the Far East to the extreme west of Russia, I had two vacations in the Crimea and the Caucasus, and I did a great job in my specialty. But I will write about this later.

Now many of you, dear ATC members, are shocked by what is happening in the world and in Russia. This is clear. Proponents of various theories try to explain new trends, but they do it very poorly. In order to understand the situation from the point of view of a part of Russian intellectuals, I would like to present you one article from a blog in the Russian segment of LiveJournal (it is still alive ..), which is maintained by anonymous analysts of geopolitical processes. I re-read the text several times and could not extract something important from it for you, therefore (I apologize to the moderators) I decided to bring this text in full with my small comments and explanations in the text of the article itself. Naturally, I placed this thread in the "General Conspiracy Theory" forum, since one can not agree with everything, but there will undoubtedly be a discussion on individual theses. Intellectual arguments are welcome, let propagandists pass by, excuse me. I warn you, the text is very long.

So.

“Events of the global level have begun massively, which means approaching the junction point, the culmination of which will be the elections on November 8 to the US Congress, followed by the consolidation of the final alignment at the G20 summit in Indonesia on November 15-16. The first preliminary event of this series was the SCO summit in Samarkand on 15 -16 of September.

The holding of referendums on September 23-27 and the expansion of the Russian Federation on September 30 with the annexation of the former territories of the former Ukraine was the result of clear political support for Russia from the largest states and economies of Asia, as well as others from the BRICS. And most likely it was finally agreed at the level of experts and security assistants in Astana before the SCO summit with key players - China and the Vatican, and then at the summit with India, Iran and Turkey. Moreover, in the retinue of Pope Francis in Astana there were always representatives of American Catholics, that is, the political clans of Biden and the Bushes.

The meaning of Russia's decisive step lies in the irreversibility of this position on the side of the second world against the first, the East against the West. Until now, there have been some chances and escape routes to the next compromises with the West, taking into account the possible change of leader in 2024 or taking into account Putin's age (although compared to Western leaders, Putin is a young man. Notes RT). After the inclusion of the armed people of Donbass into the Russian Federation and, in general, the strengthening of the role of the military and special services for the coming decade, Russia's turn to the West became almost impossible. Now the leaders of key countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, including Pope Francis, have strong confidence in the nuclear umbrella of the Russian Federation, regardless of the change of power in Moscow and any internal political events.

The partial mobilization announced on September 21 should be considered in the same context. It may have coincided, but on September 21, there was already decree No. 1400 in 1993, similar in political consequences, “on a phased constitutional reform”, only that decree fixed an irreversible path towards the West for 20 years, and this one is the other way around.

Let's be extremely frank - this decree No. 647 of 09/21/2022 has a much greater political than military significance. The mobilization of three hundred thousand experienced military reserves could also be carried out as part of extraordinary reservist training, with much less problems for the Defense Ministry and military registration and enlistment offices, because this work has already been debugged, such training sessions are held regularly, and the only question is to scale up the established practice.

In fact, it is necessary to mobilize and withdraw from the comfort zone the entire state system, including officials of the Ministry of Defense and other law enforcement agencies, and the whole society, precisely in connection with the cardinal turn of foreign policy from West to East and with very serious risks associated with this turn. Part of this work to mobilize society is the cleansing of the "fifth column" and squeezing the disloyal part of the capital's public out of the country. If they had not announced our mobilization, the Western partners would have announced their Maidan mobilization “for peace, against war and a distraught tyrant” with bloody provocations and maximum destabilization. And so all this Maidan foam and slag was blown away preventively a week before the key event of 09.30. And the rallies and the demonstration of the rotten essence still took place, but already at the checkpoint in Upper Lars and others.

Only a very big request not to put a political stigma on this occasion on educated youth, who succumbed to the general intellectual moods and the panic deliberately inflated on both sides. It is common for normal youth to take steps contrary to their elders, to make mistakes on their own, to fill bumps, thereby gaining life experience. (In my youth, as a university student, I myself was very radical. And only life experience from subsequent events allowed me to find a starting point for my current beliefs - RT note). Having joined the original culture, life and level of telecommunications of Bishkek, Pavlodar and Kutaisi, having talked with natives who were dissatisfied with the arrivals, but sharply raised prices for all goods, many will still be able to better appreciate the efforts of the Putin regime to develop Russian capitals and cities. Although, of course, those recorded after the announcement of mobilization at air ticket offices and at border crossings should not be accepted into the civil service and state corporations after their return. But then again, someone bought tickets before September 21, so it’s also impossible to consider everyone the same, it will be necessary to carefully configure AI for personnel services.

An equally important signal of partial mobilization was for Western partners no longer at all. It was enough to see how the "super brave" Prime Minister of Poland the next day squeezed out words about his desire to live in peace with Russia. Or how the NATO Secretary General promptly responded to Kyiv's appeal to urgently join NATO, which is not in this life. They say that the Swedes also found in their own legislation that it takes at least eight years to join NATO, according to their internal bureaucracy. And they refused to extradite the Kurds so that the Turks would block them. And where the Swedes go, there are the Finns.

In addition, partial mobilization is, in fact, as close as possible to combat exercises for the entire apparatus of the Ministry of Defense, military commissars, logistics, state reserves and other services. No peacetime exercises will replace such a test with subsequent organizational conclusions. Plus, after the entry of the warring regions into the Russian Federation, the mechanisms of martial law in part of the country's territory and the counter-terrorist operation will also be tested and finalized within a few months. Such a test, renewal and strengthening of the military-political mechanisms of the Russian Federation will also strengthen the position of the Russian Federation in the non-Western world and the confidence of the major players in the East in the reliability of the Russian military umbrella, including the non-nuclear one.

And finally, the political mobilization of the state and society, as well as the strengthening of external alliances with non-Western countries, are absolutely necessary during the acute phase of the systemic crisis of the global political and economic system that has already begun. The sabotage in the Baltic Sea against the Nord Streams has already shown the scale and severity of the contradictions within the West and, in fact, has become the starting shot for the Western players' race for survival and mutual weakening. It is possible that if Russia had not openly and irrevocably sided with the East against the West, Western players would have tried for some time to put pressure and swing in the hope of getting out of their crisis at the expense of not only Russia, but the entire second world, forcing it to give up resources de facto for free, for food - food and fertilizer, control over the production and export of which they hoped to monopolize. And now Western players have no choice but to gut the grown "boar" in their ranks for their survival. And this is not the former Ukraine. Now all of Europe is Ukraine.

However, before moving on to the debriefing of flights over the Nord Streams, let's finish with the main event, part of which is Putin's keynote speech before signing agreements with the new post-Ukrainian subjects of the Russian Federation. Obviously, this speech is addressed not by the West, but by the East. The anti-colonial and anti-racist rhetoric against Western predatory hegemonism leaves no other interpretation. Russia has openly declared itself the leader of the second world countries and, together with them, the defender of the poorest countries of the third world from robbers from the West.
Putin's speech has two more key addressees - this is the majority of the Russian people on the scale of Greater Russia. At the same time, the concept of the Russian people is expanded to include all bearers of the traditional values of the common Russian civilization, including Orthodox, Islamic, Judaic, Buddhist religious values, but not only religious ones. For the first time at this level, the thesis was voiced about relying on one's own philosophy as one of the key foundations for true sovereignty, and therefore an object of hatred and attack from the West. This is exactly the key thesis that has been promoted by many authors in LiveJournal for the last fifteen years, not only me. Moreover, Putin's programmatic speech itself consists mainly of theses, tested and honed in the political and philosophical journalistic community in LiveJournal, GA, AS, Regnum and other platforms of intellectual communication.

Although the reference to philosophers seems to be made in connection with the terrorist attack against Dugin and his daughter, however, the content of the message goes beyond the imported version of right-wing conservatism. It is no coincidence that some right-wing conservative commentators of an anti-Soviet orientation remained strongly dissatisfied with the anti-Western, anti-colonial and anti-racist orientation of the declared political program, the preservation of continuity with the Soviet period in this. Nevertheless, the indirect mention of Dugin and the direct quotation of the Russian philosopher Ilyin are intended for another important addressee of the message - right-wing conservative elites in the West itself, including those associated with the old Russian aristocracy, descendants of pre-revolutionary emigration. The presence of this addressee of the message is confirmed by a recent decree on the admission to Russian citizenship of a large list of descendants of emigrants. Although the main addressee is precisely the European old elites, whose interests are expressed by the Vatican and conservatives of all faiths. The same Orban (president of Hungary - RT note) is a Calvinist, but without reliance on the Vatican and the Austrian Catholics, he could not resist Brussels.

Now we can move on to the second most important event - sabotage in the Baltic Sea against gas pipelines. This event, although it affects the interests of Russia, lies in the context of politics within the West, which, due to the strong military-political position of Russia, which has influential allies, is cut off from cheap resources from the East. Now raw materials not only from Russia, but also from the Middle East and Africa will have to be bought much more expensive. Russia supports the practically established global market of the eastern seller, and not the market of the western buyer, as before. This is a reliable political and economic basis for the strategic union of Russia and the East.

The closest analogue of the Baltic sabotage is not the explosion on the gas pipeline in Western Siberia in the 1970s, but the nuclear disaster in Fukushima in 2011. Not somewhere in the blogs, but in the Wakov scientific journal, an article was published with a professional analysis of the facts, including the release of cesium-137 into the atmosphere and the narrow directional band of the tsunami. (I wrote about this a few years ago on our forum - RT note). Therefore, the version of an underwater atomic explosion in front of the nuclear power plant has a solid justification. Then the question is - would the United States allow Russia or China to carry out such sabotage, and would these powers themselves take such risks? The only power without risk to itself capable of doing this is the United States itself. In addition to opportunities, there were also motives - not only to intimidate and make an ally even more dependent for a massive purchase of American financial obligations, but also to remove a large buyer from the scarce uranium fuel market, reducing prices and increasing reliability for their nuclear power plants.

So there is nothing new in this kind of sabotage by the United States against its own satellites (somehow they don’t pull on allies). It is important for us that such sabotage solves the US issues with satellites at once and for a long time, and does not require the continuation of attacks. However, in the current situation of deep divisions in the US itself and in the West as a whole, the question of who carried out the sabotage does not require a simple answer like "Anglo-Saxons" or "USA". This is not yet an answer, but a suspicion of three entities at once, operating under different flags, but also under a common American flag. These are the same three wings of the global elites - pirates (hawks, neocon liberals), money changers (leftists, socialist international), financial control (right-wing conservatives). Which of them?

In general, the question is enough - “Who suffered?” from Western elites. First of all, these are German industrialists, and hence their American allies from the “pirate” banksters, the military-industrial complex and hawkish politicians. But Gazprom also suffered, or rather, Gazpromexport and the pro-London tower of the Kremlin associated with it, and hence the global political positions of the "changers" from the City of London. So a blow to two wings of the global elite at once already leads to suspicions about the third one.

Now let's answer the key question "Who benefits?". Who benefits from a sharp deterioration in economic conditions, and hence the financial prospects of German and European business in general, especially the energy-intensive industry? Although China seems to be a major industrial power, it is not a competitor to Europe, but depends on it as a sales market and as a supplier of equipment for the production of consumer goods. The Chinese, and therefore the London-Hong Kong-Shanghai bankers, will not get direct and quick benefits from the reduction in the turnover of German industry. Even if part of the production is outsourced from Europe to Asia, then Southeast Asia, where wages are lower than in China or South Korea, has its own energy resources. And here, when choosing between Hong Kong and European creditors, they will prefer European ones. China is already feared in order to increase its influence.

American right-wing liberals and bankster "pirates" from the Rockefeller pro-German wing will be forced to transfer part of the industrial capital to the United States as a result of sabotage. However, this does not strengthen their positions in any way, but rather weakens them due to the decrease in the influence of the main political allies in Europe. The political influence of this wing is based on the issuance of the dollar as a global currency, and the decline in international trade between the US and the EU, the transfer of transactions into the US, cannot in any way strengthen them or even slow down the decline in influence.
The only influential political force interested in the flow of industrial capital, technology and personnel from Europe to the United States is the wing of the financial control and its support in the US intelligence services as a fighting detachment of the national bureaucracy and "old money" closely associated with the old right-wing conservative elites in Europe. Trump has been and remains an open spokesman for the interests of this wing, but Biden is also a "spy" from this wing in the Democratic Party. The reindustrialization of the United States, announced by Trump, in order to emerge from the global systemic crisis as a full-fledged pole and center of power, was frankly sabotaged by globalists from both opposing wings of the global elite. And only the creation of significantly worse conditions for enterprises in Europe, as well as the threat of a crisis around Taiwan, can redirect capital to the United States. It can also be seen that the summer explosions at US export gas terminals are in the same vein - to raise energy prices in the EU and lower them in the US itself, not only for election purposes.

How come, after all, we have talked more than once about the Trumpists and the third “hybrid” wing of the elites as a conditional shadow ally of the Kremlin? And then such a blow to gas exports and Russia's positions in Europe. That's exactly what an ally is conditional. And he judges for himself. They would definitely deceive a partner at a convenient moment. So they do not trust Putin's behind-the-scenes promises, and even the voluntary shutdown of the Nord Streams. What if tomorrow Putin leaves, and Medvedev or someone else from the Gazprom tower of the Kremlin, oriented towards London City, comes again? American patriots cannot risk the fate of America like that. Therefore, the issue was radically and radically resolved for the next year, during which industrial capital will have time to reorient itself and start investing in the United States.

In addition, there is a very serious current political reason right now to strike and sharply weaken both extreme wings of the global elite. After the summit in Samarkand and the referendums in Novorossiya, there was a very big threat of uniting "pirates" and "changers", right-wing liberals and left-wing liberals for a common attack on Russia, on right-wing conservatives in the US and Europe. The Vatican, Orban, Erdogan, and the winning coalition in Italy are under threat – all potential and even very conditional allies of Russia. Yes, and Biden himself, with such a temporary unification of hitherto irreconcilable opponents, could not stay in his chair, just as Trump and the Trumpists could also not be greeted. Therefore, the blow to the Western elites was delivered very timely.

Does this mean that Russia has suffered greatly from such a development of events? It doesn’t mean either, because the trend set by the presidential decree for the development of the domestic market is unlikely to be much liked by the pro-London wing of the Russian elite, including Gazprom’s top managers and beneficiaries. Now they have no way back to the West either. We will have to invest in gas-chemical and energy-intensive industries in Russia, and at the same time keep a strong ruble to support domestic demand.

Should offenders of Gazpromexport and the Swiss Nordstream be punished? Unless they themselves come with a confession, even if behind the scenes, and offer some kind of substantial compensation that covers the economic and moral damage? What could it be - well, including quickly calming down the NATO warriors and their Kyiv sadomaso-suicides. Perhaps after the November elections in the United States, but not possible before these elections. Any development that looks like a US defeat on the Ukrainian front against Russia will be immediately used against the Democrats and Biden during the election campaign. After the election, both parties will also traditionally hush up any external US defeats or unanimously declare clear defeats as great victories. In this sense, the Ukrainization of the United States is no worse than the current Ukrainization of Europe, where the sabotage against Gazprom has already been attributed to the "hand of Moscow."

The point is not only that Biden could be impeached after the election if the balance of power in Congress shifts too much towards extreme forces. And then the behind-the-scenes connection between the old right-wing conservative elites in the US, Russia and Europe may lose its key support in the White House. In general, any political destabilization in a crisis nuclear power is too dangerous for the whole world. So it is better to allow the implementation of the PR plan for the obvious "victories" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine until November, achieved at the cost of huge losses. Moreover, the previously occupied territories of the same Kharkiv region were not included in the occupation zone of Russia agreed behind the scenes in Geneva. It seems that this piece of territory was taken away specifically for the election victory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for Biden, in order to then give it back. As well as the preparation by the West of a fresh reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was also under the American elections, purely for political PR, drugging not only the President of Ukraine, but also Ukrainian soldiers and trying to inflict at least the appearance of defeat on the RF Armed Forces. The exit of mobile groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for Oskol before the referendum was also to disrupt it in the rest of the Kharkiv region.

However, one should not think that Putin's behind-the-scenes agreements with Biden can take into account all the nuances and plans. Especially since the other two wings of the globalist elite are also actively working on the former Ukraine through the Pentagon or MI6. Both of these subjects have done and are doing everything possible to disrupt the Putin-Biden behind-the-scenes agreements. London politicians, through Zelensky's office, tried to provoke in the Kherson direction to violate the agreed line either in one direction or in the other. Now, taking advantage of the withdrawal of the RF Armed Forces from the Kharkov region, they are trying to inflict at least PR damage in the Krasny Liman area.

On the part of the Russian General Staff, responding with counter-PR actions to the bloody PR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO would be the height of stupidity, instead of preserving the fighters with the most stubborn defense and an organized retreat if necessary. Yes, there are attempts to emotionally sway a part of the Russian audience in order to put pressure on the General Staff and the Kremlin through public discontent precisely for this purpose - it is premature to switch from defense to counteroffensive until the potential of the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is exhausted.

Yes, the Kremlin is already forced to channel this public dissatisfaction with restraint and even lead it in the person of Kadyrov. However, as our fighters on the front line endure, gritting their teeth, so we in the rear all the more need to endure this short remaining period somewhere until mid-November. Firstly, our society will not return to the former comfort zone of couch patriots in the next decade. And judging by the pace of demilitarization - the disposal of equipment by dozens of units and the burial of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 500 soldiers a day, somewhere by the beginning of November, the offensive impulse will dry up, as well as the PR budgets invested in the Ukrainian generals. That's when all questions on the real results of the summer operation will be removed once and for all. In the meantime, let's not stop the ukrosadomazosuicidal people from continuing to kill themselves in the name of the American elections and generals' fees."

Thanks to everyone who read this long text to the end. And especially to those who thought about what was written.

Therefore, the version of an underwater atomic explosion in front of the nuclear power plant has a solid justification.

Could this have caused the fracturing of the cooling pipes which is the real reason for the unstoppable meltdowns? The swamped generators were irrelevant. Had power been restored to the cooling systems it would have made no difference. This has relevence to inshore nuclear power stations such as those in California.

To quote a South African Special Forces guy I met years ago, "My friends in the special forces have told me some very strange stories." With regard to preparations having been made for disruption of the worlds energy infrastructure.

Hi Russian Troll!
I read and considered the article posted and found it fascinating. I read it with an open mind and a kind of "what if" mindset, because I obviously can neither confirm or deny its contents. I do enjoy your posts because they most always present a radically different perspective than that being served up by mainstream news outlets. I have always enjoyed reading viewpoints and theories outside of the usual menu of ideas presented to me. I believe it gives me a broader understanding of my fellow man when I strive to understand how others think and feel about the events we all bear witness to. And also, I truly believe in free speech. So, thanks for bringing this unique perspective!

The mobilization of three hundred thousand experienced military reserves could also be carried out as part of extraordinary reservist training

Part of this work to mobilize society is the cleansing of the "fifth column" and squeezing the disloyal part of the capital's public out of the country.

While you were gone there is several proofs that this 300 000 were mostly trained just a two weeks.. so how is this extraordinary ?

Removing disloyal part of Russia .. sounds even more nazism than ever before. We have monitored parts of disloyals being more like ethnic citizens of Russia. In Siberia in small inuit village of 300 people as much as 59 males age 18 to 59 were mobilized for Putlers war... Trained ? NOT. This amount of males of 300 how many working age males were left behind.. ZERO. Disloyality hardly is the question here it is more like GENOCIDE. Majority is sent as a cannon fodder !

Next images are those close to Putin and ministers of Russia when Putin pretty much declared war against all western World and declared questionable victory of parts of Ukraine

This is government , when Putin was praising his greatness and war. Do you see any happy people here who are agreeing Putin ? I don´t. Everyone in this picture knows if this whole thing blows up and Putin is not winning, their own skin is worth of nothing to Putin.

Meanwhile it seems that only person having feelings of happiness and self love is Putin.

RT, it is good to see you posting here again - I was wondering where you were. The article was long, and could have been more clear. Maybe it was a translation thing. What comes through is a tale of massive deception and violence as national policy to prop up a fading "empire" - that is to say, the American one.

I guess it is not just this Ukraine mess that hinges on the US mid terms, if there is going to be any chance to find some common sense on covid as well gonna need a lot more integrity than the current batch of politicians. As for trying to get a fair election is going to be tough with the last steal getting a pass.

There is a great deal of information/fiction about this conflict on the net. The Azov Battalion seems to be the source of the resistance and much of the staged propaganda photos. These are the guys with the Nazi flags and tattoos who have been killing ethnic Russians since 2014. This telegram channel t.me... provides the Russian view of the situation. The MSM shows the NATO/Ukraine version.

Now, I read that Ukraine wants to hurry and join NATO so they can legitimize WW3. I can only hope that the Q drops are real and idiot Biden and the 2020 election will be overthrown before the nukes start flying.

Regardless of our issues over this insane and senseless war I'm really pleased you're back posting.

To be honest I was afraid you'd had some health issues or had been censored and gulag'd for some unknown reason.
At least you haven't been conscripted like so many other poor buggers.

Its Sunday and to be honest I can't be arsed to read your OP today. I probably will tomorrow.

My mother had this saying: "Fear knocked on the door, faith went to open it, but there was no one there." Trust God.
