It's not murder, she's been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

It's a difficult charge to prove and often gets dropped down to causing death by careless driving.

Which she indicated she'd plead guilty to.

It's not a murder charge.

It's causing death by dangerous driving which is much more serious than leaving the scene of an accident.

The charge doesn't call it "an accident".

"Dangerous driving".
