I've been searching, unfortunately I have not come across what I am looking for here on ats.

There was a thread about a year or two ago that had TONS of resources and books for free downloads. Mainly survivalist kinds of stuff but there were manuals, farmers almanacs etc.

Does anyone know of the thread that has the site? Even better, the site itself?

While I love that thread, it was a post with only one link. Someone had come across the link and wanted to share it to ats. I vaguely remember the site having a purple header with many sub categories with the blue hyperlinks.
