ALSO...Imagine, with it's history, what a great B&B it could be as a haunted place for paranormal investigators.

Not big enough for a b&b.
Our area has some really active paranormal activity.

So have you talked to hubby about it...made a decision one way or another about getting it?

If you're passing on it...how 'bout posting a Zillow link?

We passed by it today and the hubs turned his head the opposite direction 😂

I scarred him for life with my house built in 1937 when we were first dating.

LOL, I would be inclined to work out their problems for "them", and presto; no more paranormal to investigate.

One time I stopped into a town in country Western Australia and thought I would stop at a new age shop there to buy the girl in my avatar a pendulum as a present. The owner of the shop proudly told me about the town ghosts, and one in particular was the ghost of a girl who haunted the hotel. She was sometimes seen on the front steps apparently.

That small town publicised it's colonial and paranormal history as a drawcard for tourists. So ghosty-girl was nothing more than a tourist attraction to them.

Anyway that got me a tad annoyed.

So I went and found her.

Her story is a sad one. Just an impressionable teenage girl who in life met a man at the hotel one night who filled her head with dreams of the big city. So she waited outside the hotel that night for her knight in shining armour to take her away. He would rescue her from her boring country life.

He took her as far as the old mill down the road where he raped her, then bashed her to death with his fists. I watched that memory. Back in the 1960's that murder took place.

So a deceased girl with stars in her eyes of the big city would sit on the hotel steps every day waiting for the knight in shining armour who would never come.

That town lost two paranormal tourist attractions that day. One the girl on the hotel steps and the other was the dissociative (DID alter) kid cowering in the corner of the old mill.

A nice country girl, and quite the overly friendly chatterbox.

No you don't... But if really do? Look into the trope and meme(the thing that makes fun of or satires the trope).

Probably better to keep it a secret.

I posted something a while back and then had some very interesting hits to some of my social media.
Because this place is close to where I live, I'm going to keep it under wraps!

Yup, don't want someone else to snatch up a bargain, and worse; have the house become a sideshow for psychic tourists.

When all is done and dusted, the offer will still be there to quietly clean the place up for new owners.

I'm working blind here: In regards to "treasure" and the bad history of fires and deaths, my suggestion is to think about what is "treasure". One man's trash is another man's treasure as they say.

The sequence of events suggests someone doesn't want something found.

Did some history digging……….
SPOOKY
There used to be a general store. Ten people lived there. There was a huge fire. Only two survived.
There was also a train accident.
The general store, and also the street are gone, but this house remains.

THEN in 1967 ANOTHER house fire!!!! Then another in 1987.

House fires aren’t rare, but there are only a handful of buildings here.
There is some kind of weird energy here.

The deaths happened on the land this house is on…

What makes sense is not so much gold nor coins, though who knows what gets buried for safe keeping. What makes sense is history; say letters and documents that would prove something.

In the history scenario one can have two (deceased) parties fighting to expose and and also keep secret something. Maybe an old leather satchel burried under the floor containing letters and documents for example.

The letters would be out of reach of the fires.

If so, residents may be 'inspired' to go snooping for history by the "want if found" side. The "don't want it found" side may cause the fires to stop it being found.

In such a scenario, the deceased resident's are so focused on their feud; caution is needed.

Even if the letters rotted away years ago, the deceased residents would not realise they are gone.

Good question. One time I predicted when and where lightning would strike; I had several witnesses. It's one of the reasons I am not afraid of lightning.

Did you see the future? Or were you able to subconsciously see the patterns in the world that most others don't see? And is there even a difference between the two?

Your post was like a "ping".

I said earlier I saw a woman standing next to JAG -- but I wasn't getting anything else.

Now it feels like someone wants to be remembered.

Treasure is under the house (cellar?).
There also used to be a tunnel on the property.

The more I dig, the more I think I shouldn't.

Looks like there was a cemetery that isn't there anymore.
There was a road that isn't there anymore.
There is a new road that is very odd.

Serious question are you going to act on this? Not sure if you are in a place financially to do so but may be worth at least looking into. Maybe even ask to go inside the home to see what you feel?

I could easily buy this place, but I'm not going to.
