Do you have a favorite Unforgiven? The first came out in 1991, Unforgiven II in 1997 and rarely played live (my favorite of the three) and III debuted in 2008.

I don't mind them, but I actually am not hugely fond of any of them.

But I love all 3 Unforgivens

Metallica got me into metal , back in the early 90s (the black album)
I remember my jaw hitting the floor when I first watched the 'Enter Sandman' video

Imagine telling someone in '91 that Metallica could rewrite Unforgiven and make it kick even more ass?







I have a song that fried my brains and ignited my love of music.

I now only listen to it once in a blue moon, I don't want to overplay it.

I used to sneak into my older brother's room and play this on lp and just sit there and absorb it with every inch of my being.


I'm sure you know it.

Unforgiven.

My all time favorite and relatable Metallica song.

I like Metallica, but I'm more into some of their other tracks. Like I said, Unforgiven is fine, but it's not my favorite.

Lots of people I know don't like any of their stuff after "And Justice"

You're definitely not alone in that sentiment.

After Mustane was booted, I was done with Metallica. Kirk is fine, but not the genius Dave is.

Found this remix and loved it.

It's nontraditonal genre blending but it's freakin' AWESOME.

Unforgiven II has massive sentimental meaning.

Fav 'tallica songs though are Fade to Black and Disposable Heroes.
