This is quite shocking, this journalist has been reporting what is going on the ground in Eastern Ukraine. A British prisoner fighting for Ukraine requested an interview with him, he did the interview and it was brought up in Parliament that he was undermining the sovereignty of Ukraine by interviewing this Russian prisoner. He was just reporting the facts as he saw them. They then rendered him a nonperson by blocking his credit cards and making it illegal for him to pay his bills as it seems the law they are using makes anyone accepting money from him in breach of the law. This is getting crazier as now he is getting death threats on his social media, how much lower can all this go, I always thought the independent journalist was essential for blowing the whistle on corrupted government officials apparently it worked until they all got corrupted and stopped free speech. www.bitchute.com...

When someone here asked that question a couple of years ago I suggested they should read the history of Cambodia from the 1970s.

Read the history of Cambodia in the 1970s.

Humans (the majority) can be absolutely mindbogglingly dumb brainwashed sheep who will do what their oppressive government tells them to do to their fellow country men & women. I have not recently red about these events in Cambodia, but from what I remember it's atrocious. We are heading that way for sure ('dirty unvaccinated')

War has always been a nasty business, plays by a different set of rules. If this journalist already has the guts to jump into Ukraine, Russia knows what it is like to have one back account frozen. Could be an opportunity to expand on the reporting?

Normally I would agree, but I think we are headed for something like a collapse, everyone who has done some research is "waiting and seeing" we know something is going on but we don't really know what. It might be a reset, it might be just what happens to complex societies when they run out of steam. If it is a reset it will require electricity to run it, the moment there is a blackout the reset won't/can't happen. Or it might just be a general cluster # brought about by one or more things. But your right people are really stupid and it will be the average IQ that runs things in the collapse event. Either way, food security should be the main concern.

The journalist Graham Phillips is in the pay of the Russians. He who pays the piper call the tune, as an old saying goes. He's got the medals from Russia that show his loyalty.

Phillips has been sanctioned because he spreads pro-Russian propaganda and conspiracies. Specifically, he is accused of exploiting a British POW (Aiden Aslin) for Russian political purposes, and an act which contravened the Geneva Convention. Not that the Russians care much about such civilised norms.

I'm old enough to have heard everything that you've said a hundred times and change. It's almost never about anything more, and it's almost always exactly what it looks like.

99 percent of the time the lone crank on the street corner in the tinfoil hat is just that, and the one time that he's actually on to something it's usually something pretty mundane.

The problem with "doing research" is that most of it's done in echo chambers filled with people who don't have any more information or incite than you do, and they're just spinning wild conspiracies or joining up unconnected dots, or it involves reading people creating doom porn for attention or clicks.

Most of the cold war was just a straight forward battle of ideologies. The Gulf War was just about oil and influence. 911 was some angry Saudi who wanted to hit out at the US because of Washington's interference in their country. Epstein was just a wealthy sexual predator, Gates just wants to leave behind a legacy bigger than Window being an Okayish OS. 99 percent of the things attributed to TPTB or the NWO, or the illuminati either aren't real or are just the machinations of some random rich people.

Most things are exactly as simple as they seem.

We're in a supply chain shortage caused by Covid and Some stuff with Russia isn't helping. Nothing more, nothing less.

It's amazing how many times people on this forum will jump up and down and swear backwards that another user is being paid by the CDC, or the WEF, or whoever. Yet they are suddenly silent when somebody might possibly be in the pay of the Russians. Who were well known to use bribery and blackmail to get all sort of people to do all sorts of things.

www.theguardian.com...

"Aslin’s local MP Robert Jenrick went further, saying Phillips’ video showed his constituent “handcuffed, physically injured and being interviewed under duress for propaganda purposes”. He said it was a breach of the Geneva conventions on the treatment of prisoners of war and that “the interviewer Graham Phillips is in danger of prosecution for war crimes”.

Some "journalist", eh?

"He was just reporting the facts as he saw them."

No, he wasn't.

Highest standards of his profession, there. Not.

if you could not get any money from your EFTPOS machine or bank because you were considered a threat to the state, you would have to get it where you could anyway. Isn't that where we all end up when a third party has control of your money supply? Useful idiots are used by all sides. But it is still an affront to free speech and you seem to be endorsing it.

He was in Russia's pocket for years before this.

Free speech?

Seems you care as much as him about Aslin's rights.

That's what they would say , if you swallow anything coming out these days, it is because you want the warm fuzzies. Russia was ok after the fall of the Soviet Union . Free speech and all the bells and whistles. Putin did a really good job of improving and getting the country up and running. Now it's turning to crap again, Putin might be a WEF stooge for all we know. But one thing is for certain most of the West's governments really are globalists, and ordinary people are starting to wonder where their country went.

I don't know about that old carpy, Putin is just as suspect as the rest of the paid-off goons, It still has to be accepted that under his leadership Russia has improved vastly for the common folk. Being a politician must be a difficult job when all is said and done if you don't accept the dish being served up by the MSM, all the rest of it has to be judged on its merits, Same as all politicians you give them a go, and after a while, you have to ask have things improved? it might have for them but that is not what they are paid to do.
