Bearing in mind Wallace did not become Defence Secretary until 2019 and between 2014 and 2018 he never held a cabinet post.

Just seen this Nolabel and will try and find. Can't remember where I heard about Wallace visiting Ukraine every year since the 2014 coup, yet sure it was a verifiable source.
