The concept is that this guy is saying we all agreed to be surveilled because of CV19. Now, we are being monitored digitally and in the future we all will be even more so.

I'm not saying they can with the current vaccinations.
I am, however, saying that if you let them digitally monitor you by using all their apps, QR codes, digital records and transactions, then it's your own fault. I think the speaker is saying in the future it will be by implants or further technology.

Its a chip which is intended to communicate your biological info-heart rate/stress/emotional state and likley other things like vaccination and health status/bank account status and stuff like that.
It will be used as your mandatory strait jacket which will decide waht you are alllowed to earn/spend/consume.
It will contain your carbon allowance details.

Eventually it will be a chip in the brain which can read and manipulate brain chemistry.
If you behave you will be rewarded with nice brain chemicals like dopamine-but if you are deemed to be not playing by the rules pain receptors will be activated.

It is the unholy grail of the borg system which the WEF has decided we must all live under the technological jackboot of until they decide we are obsolete.

Its not been invented yet-but that is what they want-and the technology is getting close.

But here is the thing-It has not happened yet and the future is not set in stone.

Yes, it is a leap to think it would be for tracking. Have you ever used tap to pay on your credit card? Have you noticed how close you need to be to the reader to have it function without a broken transaction? How TF are you going to scan anyone with chips under their skin when human skin is not a conductor at all? It would need to be nearly on top of you.

Can you basically put an EMV chip under your skin and have it work? Yeah, you can, but you need to have your arm/finger/whatever right next to the reader to use it.
