Trump has zero chance of winning. More, his presence in the race would disrupt just enough GOP voters to derail any attempt by the GOP to win by fracturing the vote.

2 months ago I would have said taht the GOP sweeping mid terms and the next POTUS election was all but guaranteed. Then Roe v Wade was over turned and states started doing dumb crap like threatening to chase people outside their borders to harass them with punitive action. Then the GOP decided to vote against guaranteeing birth control. Never in my life did I expect the religious lunacy of 1987 to rear its head again. The only reason there weren't tent revivals across the south this year is the record heat.

Im against abortion. But over turning Roe v Wade was noting but setting fire to our nation.

It's disgusting that our Federal Bureau of Investigations is in on it.

It was revealed this morning that the hunter Biden investigation has been put on hold possibly indefinitely, because much of the money that was obtained illegally was shared in joint accounts with his dad Joe biden.

However, Garland went out of his way to say that Donald Trump will always be fair-game for indictment.

i guess yesterday just shows that garland is full of sh@@. or was it a a preemptive strike? but according to some scholars even if convicted of a crime other than insurrection or rebellion, ( and that is questionable, as that section in the Constitution added after the civil war was aimed at Senators and Representatives) he could still run unless they can prove with evidence not hear say that he was involved


The short answer is legally, it appears that Trump could still run for president, even if convicted of a crime.

"A criminal conviction does not prevent a person from running for president," said Barbara L. McQuade, a University of Michigan law professor and former U.S. Attorney. "The Constitution controls this question, and it makes no prohibition. States can decide their own rules for who is eligible to hold office within their own states, but they cannot disqualify someone from running for president."

i agree wholeheartedly, started back when a basicly unknown Barry Soetoro,won the election. Trump's election interrupted the plans and they saw people liked it and now their trying their damnedest to stop it from happening again which they know it will. people are tried of it, they liked the way the country was headed during trumps time and even if they get their way and stop him it's gonna back fire.

This time instead of 81 million dem votes there's going 100 million Republican votes. no mail ins needed.
