If Putin decides to go bigger bombs in Ukraine He will take all of Ukraine... Then who know what He will do with the other possible NATO or NATO nations.. He has very powerful weapons of mass destruction It said to be in the 1000's upon 1000's of them. crazy dangerous.. He suddenly turns into a madman because he knows weakness of the world and when new world orders are given or when economies are in trouble.

the US held afghanistan 20 yrs,and were better armed. Russia will have to deal with insurgency and traitors hiding in those two areas. Ukraine would be better served to just leave the donbas, and attack crimea instead anyway. By blowing the bridge first cutting them off.

So you think Ukraine should attack Crimea, a territory that is supposedly filled with their own countrymen? I guess that would be on par for Ukraine, they did cut off all their former citizens in Crimea from fresh water for 7 years.

Crimea has almost 2.5 million people, if the people of Crimea don't wanna be part of Russia and would rather be part of Ukraine, why have we never seen any insurgents or "traitors" as you call them in Crimea in the past 8 years? You would think if these people don't wanna be part of Russia we would have seen insurgencies, we would have seen terror attacks against the Russian military or Russian government buildings in Crimea, especially in the past several months with fighting elsewhere, but yet we have seen none of that, we haven't seen NOT EVEN ONE single insurgent in Crimea!

Alls we have seen in Crimea is tens of thousands of people taking to the streets, waving Russian flags, to celebrate Crimeas independence from Ukraine on the anniversary date each year.

They must be getting pretty desperate!

Link doesn't work, must have been that fake propaganda story about the retired "general" although he was never a general.

The dilemma of the Western man.

Just when you got rid of the crazy girlfriend who thinks everyone owes her an apology for stuff-ups she made ...

Life is good, I can breathe a little.

Oh no, don't relax.
Here comes Vladimir Putin!

Oh shudder dude,
Lick the ground this person walks on like a dog - they're on the warpath!

Oh give me strength, I need another drink.

Time to plan my new book: Start Walking on Eggshells: Putin's Russia as Europe's crazy girlfriend.

The fake stories trying to get a laugh out of the masses need a bit more subtlety, to be believable. The meme must be that Russia is such a joke going to war with them would be a bit unsporting like taking candy from a baby. They are escalating and the window for sanity is closing. Lavrov walked out of the G7 because he can't be bothered wasting his time. Soon it will be "withdrawal of Diplomats time" no one in this generation seems to have much of a clue,i actually wonder if they have even noticed the gravity of what's occurring.

But I also don't understand NATO, why don't they make a nice gift basket and invite Russia to join?

Yeah, don't fight us, join us.

In fact, if you join today we'll make you head of the NATO for 30 days?

In an insane world actual sanity may appear to be insane. Just something to think about

Because Russia is not a nation that "partners" with anyone.

It is their way, solely.

The only reason they would join NATO would be to be disruptive and to conduct intel ops from within the organization.

No thank you, NATO has enough problems as it is.

Cheers

Just to ponder, what splitting a community means.

Russia/USA: Behind the Ice Curtain.

The indigenous Inuit people on a border that has nothing to do with them.
www.youtube.com...

Just a line on a map for most people, but for these communities it means you can't see your relatives.

Referendum! No, haven't you heard about this highest manifestation of democracy?

Lols.. I think it's a major strectch to call what you have in Russia "Democracy"...

It's not democracy when you only have one choice to vote for!! Putin has systematically removed and destroyed all opposition to him... How can that be democracy?

Democracy is a free choice for the people to vote for which leader they want to represent them, based on said leaders opinions and views... When was the past general election in Russia may I ask? When was the last vote for Putin to remian in office?

You would be being disengenuous, not to mention very naive, to suggest that what you have in Russia is democracy..

As each side approaches the precipice, they will get more totalitarian. Has the West a democracy? It used to but not anymore. A war with Russia will be so unpopular that half the western population will have to be under some sort of surveillance.

If I was NATO, I'd say take it.

In fact, take part of the Middle East and the former Ottoman Empire too.

It's your baby now - toodles.

Putin simply requires the West to comply with the Treaties he signed. If this does not happen, then someone will need to be held accountable for their signatures, words and actions.

Who exactly will face the consequences? The governments of these NATO countries? The elites and corporations who are benefiting from the prolonged war in Ukraine? Of course not. When the big bombs drop, they will be save in their underground or offshore havens. It will be even more innocent people and animals, who just want to live their lives in peace who suffer and die.

Nobody forced Putin to go in to Ukraine, he is doing this for his own reasons. Whether these are selfish or globalist, I don't entirely know. I am not fan of western imperialism, they have done the exact same evils in the middle east, as has Russia. There is no moral high ground here, all sides are as bad as each other. The vast majority of us are opposed to all of these unjust wars, regardless of which side is waging them, and that's why they won't even acknowledge the invasion of Ukraine as a war. Because they know it wont sit with their people.

Most of the western population already is under surveillance. Anyone who has a smart phone has all of their movements tracked and monitored.
