Let's classify unborn humans as fish too, maybe then California would protect them.

If you actually read your source before posting you might be pleased that these judges have gone out of their way to protect bees. If they die so do we.

They have had since 1980. That's when something similar had to be done to save an endangered snail. How long does it take to pass a law, exactly?

If you had actually read through the posts you'd realize it wasn't written against saving the bees, it was written to expose our ridiculous, convoluted system that makes common sense practices take months/years and lots of $$ to wind itself through the legal system......all while the bees continue to perish because: stupid.

Maybe the snail the fish and the bee have had enough of California and want to arise elsewhere in the world and idea of control and superiority won't or don't want to allow them a graceful exit... who knows.

It makes perfect "legal" sense, that after thousands of years of human "ignorance"? That a bee, can be a fish? ... If that's what "the/A law" says it is.
