Seems the people polled were somewhat limited in scope. A particular party’s talking points over represented. A weighted result, perhaps?

yep,

i found it as a whole too be left.

no energy cost?

sure there is a couple righty concerns in there just to make it seem far, but it's not.

... WHAT (if anything) IS MOST SURPRISING TO YOU ABOUT THIS PEW RESEARCH POLL??? ...

That anybody takes it seriously ?

What others think doesn't matter to a lot of people. It shouldn't, because they're not into society trends, politics, etc..

An ATS member said on one of the ATS discussions 2 weeks ago, that President Biden is doing a good job, because his life has not been affected one way or the other. So as far as he's concerned, Biden gets a 5-star rating.

Probably people shooting each other is #4.

Healthcare Costs include all medical care expenses that people must pay out-of-pocket. Mental, Dental, Hospitalization, Surgery, etc..

yeah you said it.

gunshot wounds aren't cheap to fix out of pocket.

throw in the high cost of a good defense lawyer too.

You bring up a point that was explored in depth by Chicago media a couple years ago.

90% of Chicago gunshot victims are on Federal-State funded Medicaid. They pay nothing for their medical care.

80% of Chicago gunshot victims (presently 1,228 so far this year) live and need medical care for the rest of their lives.

The accumulative burden amounts to Billions of Dollars @ year for the State-Fed Govt.

It was intended to question the info itself, and the sources.
The reporting, the questions, the tabulations, the funding, everything.

Their surface claim of independence, falls apart after only a few minutes of research.
They are all-in on all of the NWO™ programs, and their pages are loaded with the tell-tale buzzwords.
Just another Tentacle™, in the Propaganda-Branch™, of the NWO-Tree™.

Screw-Da-Pewda™ !! LoL !!!

Don't you worry, once the scourge of guns is solved, you'll be required to do something about that heart disease and neurological disorders. I'm thinking it's nothing a few crickets, locusts and re-education won't solve.

Any of their solutions to any of these manufactured problems will look like the affordable care act. Yeah that 💩 isn’t affordable and it don’t work. Good job Richard’s

I don't believe any of this list.
All list must start with the following or are not acceptable...

#1 ... diversity

#2 ... Abortion rights

Ok, in reality the majority of Americans are more concerned about inflation than the racial diversity of a company's board of directors.

I'm an american and my priorities are
1. Having free time with my family instead of working all day.
2. Pollution.
3. Healthcare cost.

There probably isn't a 100% unbiased poll left in America. You have to go by TRACK RECORD. The same for the know-it-all "experts" that grace our Mainstream Media. I always look to see what their past statements have been, before taking what they say seriously.

The Affordable Care Act works great for people who are genuinely low income, or those who have creative accountants who know the system.

You will also note that the CDC does not differentiate between justifiable homocide, self defense, and outright murder in their statistics (unless it's a cop shooting someone). Further, if they took it even a step further and differentiated between gang and drug related shootings and non-gang and drug related shootings, the actual number of shootings we're supposed to be so upset we demand our rights be taken away over are pretty discrete. There were larger numbers of vote discrepancies in multiple counties in the 2020 election and we were assured those discrepancies were minor and represented no "wide spread voter fraud," yet a handful of demon possessed #heads with firearms represents a "pandemic of gun violence."

We're dealing with people pushing an agenda and that agenda desperately needs an American population that is unable to defend themselves to move forward.

5,000 people. Random.

Here's the methodology: www.pewresearch.org...

Data in this report is drawn from the panel wave conducted from April 25 to May 1, 2022, and included oversamples of Asian, Black and Hispanic Americans in order to provide more precise estimates of the opinions and experiences of these smaller demographic subgroups. These oversampled groups are weighted back to reflect their correct proportions in the population.

So they oversample three demographic groups because they are smaller. Then the oversampled groups are weighted back to reflect their correct proportion in the population. So what stopped them from cherry-picking the results they wanted for the weighted group results?

I could double the number of white people for a poll, pick the half of the responses that suited my cause, and say I weighted the oversampled group back to its correct proportion in the population. That doesn't mean its worth a damn, but I could do it...

Thanks for your reply, and respectful style as usual.

Would counter with : perhaps we could look-beyond their track record, or " Track-Record™ " .
They are full-bore on-board with all of the NWO™ Agendas™.

Think of what that means to their MO™.

The entire process of creating a Poll™, and deciding which questions to pose : have been carefully crafted by committees of Social-Engineers™, to get the desired outcomes ( answers. )

Look beyond what they may have done in the past, to their business-model, and the Agendas™ that they are signatory-to.

For me : that completely, and totally disqualifies any words they publish.

The polls are crafted, curated, planned, and deviously designed to sell the NWO™ Agendas™.

The Questions™ are not honest, so the answers are bogus !

Completely irrelevant !!
But that's just my dumbass, temporary opinion.

You're right. The majority of today's polls are designed to achieve a desired result. My primary point is that people are sponges, who believe what they are told by anything that has "authority" in this society.

Am also agreeable to your point.

Still feel the sponginess myself.
My opinion is that you can as well, even though we are able to not give-in to the immediate, knee-jerk types of reactions, and judgements .

It's one of the common concepts that have brought many of us here to ATS, and keep us here.
That we can stop and think for a moment, process ideas, and check to see what type of manipulation, or agenda may be hiding behind the words we read.

Sure : we still see plenty of knee-jerk posts, emotion reactions to gaslighting, and such.
But for every post like that : there are many who read the same info, and did not comment.

So let's embrace our inner sponges, and sit with the soaking for while, before wringing them out ! LoL !!

Have a great day CWM !

Nobody's list has "liberating Ukraine" in the top 10. Why is that? Approx 80% of the news this year has been about Ukraine.

From your link:

Rep/Lean Rep. 2006 42%

Dem/Lean Dem. 2902 51%

So as I said, a little weighted.

ALSO

Neither side lists "Getting to the bottom of Jan 6, 2021" in their top 12 life priorities.

It looks like the Liberal Media and Democrat Leaders are WILLFULLY ignoring what the vast majority of Americans want, and are having concerns about.

Maybe they'll skip broadcasting on Mid-Term Election night this year.

It's going to be sooooo painful.
