Your source just proves my point this is not binding on the US and we don't have to follow it.

I think it means funded by the U.S. That doesn't necessarily mean U.S. citizens will be sent here. I imagine if something went down, they would send foreign people to deal with us.
Admittedly though, I don't know a lot about it. This is just my thought about it.

And the entire US army will say oh gee okay. Not to mention they don't have a force even capable of doing that, it's literally impossible for them to do it, anyone talking about it seriously should just wear a sign saying 'I'm a moron'.

I'm pretty sure the U.S. military does what it's told for the most part. Biden is commander in chief. I'm not sure he would command the U.S. to take on U.N. forces when it was the Biden administration who proposed the amendments that would hand over the sovereignty to the U.N. where health matters are in question.
I'd like to ignore your insult towards me and others who consider the *possibility* of such a thing happening, but I was actually serious. I also fully admitted that I don't know a lot about how such things would work. I've never researched the U.N.
