Don't be so damn naive. Every world power does it. Did you read my post where clearly said that most of the blame lies with us? That doesn't mean foreign powers can't take advantage. For example, do you think China isn't tempted to use TikTok algorithms to manipulate public sentiment? Are you that blinded by your hate for the West?
