Leave it to CNN to blaze the trail in media propaganda tactics. They're now crossing a line that could open the door to normalize the practice of villainizing judges who dare go against the accepted globalist narrative.

www.cnn.com...

A little-known federal judge appointed by former President Donald Trump found herself in the national spotlight on Monday after striking down the Biden administration's public transportation mask mandate.

Step one: link her to Trump and paint her as obscure.

US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle has been serving as a federal judge in Florida for more than a year. Notably, the Senate vote confirming her to the lifetime appointment came in mid-November 2020, after the presidential election. She had been given a "not qualified" rating by the American Bar Association, based on her limited amount of experience post-law school.

Step two: character assassination

Born in Lakeland, Florida, in 1987, Mizelle graduated in 2012 with a law degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law, after earning her undergraduate degree at Covenant College, a Christian liberal arts college in Georgia.

Step three: highlight that she's Christian. Because that coincides with the looney Trump supporter theme that the left gobbles up.

She is married to former Trump administration official Chad Mizelle, who was the acting top attorney for the Department of Homeland Security.

Step four: toss in some more Trump links because that could never hurt. Imagine if all the media and 3 letter agency marriages were actually highlighted...

Mizelle was also asked about John Eastman -- who later pressed for ways to overturn the presidential election -- who at the time was pushing a racist conspiracy theory that Vice President Kamala Harris might not be eligible for the role because her parents were immigrants.

Step five: the coup de grace. She's rrrrrrrrracist!!

And why did CNN do this? Simply because this judge declared the government doesn't have the right to force you into wearing a mask to prevent a virus with a 99%+ survival rate.

How. Dare. She.

The judge is undermining what Democrats are trying to achieve for November.....mass mail-in voting.

CNN continues to be Biden's biggest broadcaster asset. Squarely in his corner, hiding his mistakes, 99% of the time.

Unlike the Biden nominee who might take a seat on the Supreme Court this October, I bet Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle understands what a "woman" is, without having to consult biologists and theologists.

Some judges really deserve a hit piece. Take this one, who (like Justice Sotomayor) doesn't stay up on current events.

In a legal challenge filed with the Georgia Secretary of State, a group of voters claimed Greene violated a provision of the U.S. Constitution passed after the U.S. Civil War known as the "Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause."

Judge Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia wrote in a 73-page ruling on the injunction that the court focused on whether Greene could "establish a strong likelihood of prevailing on the merits of her legal claims."
More: www.usnews.com...

Amy "dumbo" Totenberg doesn't realize no inssurrection has been officially declared. Only the MSM and do-nothing Democrats have said 1/6/2021 was an insurrention. Yet she says Congresswoman Greene can be prevented from holding office due to supporting an inssurrection.

Wait till Totenberg is overruled. She's going to be roasted with "hit pieces".

Ah, c'mon! Trump was a true trailblazer in unique and bizarre techniques for attacking federal judges! Especially judges that were appointed by Obama and Clinton and judges that have Mexican ancestors. LOL

CNN's purpose in life is the same as the rest of the mainstream media--advance Official Narratives so that the public perception can be manipulated.

Liberal media socialist tyrants are sick immoral crap bags of
insanity that believe they have a purpose. Busy bodies bump'n
into people making b-lines straight in to walls then mad dogging
the nearest passersby like it's their fault.

Completely marring up the landscape with wind mills and mirrors
getting their feel goods from it all. But the really bad thing is the
more I see them look completely void of any intelligence. The more
it makes the rest of us look like brain donors for letting them
get away with it.

Curled up thumb sucking on the kitchen floor lobotomized.

That's not what her decision says at all. It says that the case has enough merit to move forward to determine if MTG took part in an insurrection, and if so, whether she can be barred from holding office.

Do you actually believe Biden & Co, that an insurrection took place on January 6?

An "insurrection" hahahaha.

A bunch of boomers took selfies in a government building after DC police opened the doors for them. Zero politicians hurt. Hardly any property damage.

Look at the damage done to federal buildings in DC after the BLM riots of 2020 and tell me 1/6 compared to that.

Right.. People like to say "globalist democrats" to focus everything on one side, but Republicans do the same stuff.

And those who watch cnn or fox news are a lost cause anyway.

I believe there were certainly elements that intended to overturn the election results. How numerous those elements were and how high up the chain things went remains to be seen.

2000 Mules by Dinesh D'Souza will explain and document many of the details about the fraud.

Those elements you refer to succeeded in their plan. Biden is a senile imposter.

Heads should roll, but likely won't.

Sorry I have to agree with CNN on this one.

It looks like she was appointed based on her status of a wife of an insider. Less than 10-years experience and from a third tier law school? No special accomplishments like bringing a significant case to the Supreme Court? NEVER would have happened without connections.

Her placement was totally political whether or not you agree with the outcome. Amy Coney Barrett was very qualified and conservative so I'm not just saying this based on politics.

Appointment of unqualified judges is bad regardless of whether you like their politics - nothing will change as long as it's ok if your side does it.

This is exactly why I absolutely refuse to allow CNN to be aired on a TV I own. They could have had a legal analyst analyze the actual opinion on its legal merits... but no, they choose to present fluff which is completely irrelevant.

That link, be forewarned, is a .pdf file and is in legaleeze... heavy legaleeze... so it can be a little hard to read. Why is it in legaleeze? Because Judge Mizelle carefully specified every single point she made using US law and legal precedent. Any attack on her decision must, by definition, include an attack on multiple accepted, previous decisions as well. She did not rely on any personal opinions, but rather on actual law.

And to be fair, CNN probably did have the decision analyzed. They already knew it was bulletproof, so they decided to attack the judge instead of her decision. We used to call folks who do things like that "cowards."

That's the biggest problem with the DNC as of late: not only are their members rapidly identifying themselves as criminals at every turn, but when they do try to do something they tend to try to do it in violation of legal precedent. We saw the same thing when Obama was in office... remember how "wonderful" it was that marijuana was being legalized? Then how "terrible" it was that Trump wouldn't continue to keep it legalized? That was all a farce because it was never legalized! Obama just chose to ignore the law! He could have gotten Congress to change that law and the resulting policies would have outlived his administration until that legal action was reversed by Congress, but he chose the easy way out... just ignore the law. Then all it took was someone else in office to change everything back.

The same thing has been going on with abortion. We can't seem to be bothered to actually pass a law; just get the Supreme Court to make a decision that really says very little except that we don't know much about the actual science, and shoehorn that into some major piece of legislation that changes meaning depending on who is in office.

And now we have the great and powerful CNN, reporting on politics, ignoring anything that actually matters, while simultaneously focusing intently on a cult of personality instead. Actual journalists would be ashamed... this is what used to be considered "Weekly World News" level reporting... the kind that gave us "Batboy" and a new slew of conspiracy theories about celebrities being alien hybrids every week.

And people eat it up like it was extra-butter popcorn.

People, please... if you care about this issue, READ THE LAW. Then you can make comments on the law instead of personalities, and have a pretty good shot at actually being taken seriously.

And for those who haven't figured it out, your two weeks is up. Time to move on.

Thank you. You posted about that decision in another thread. I am intently interested in anything that might slow down this virus hoax on the public designed to remove my right to participate in society and access to healthcare, so I looked up the decision and read it.

Luckily, I still had it open in another tab.

I use ATS as my go-to source for national news now; I can't depend on anyone else, and that includes Fox. I have to look everything up for myself and sift through the cults of personality. Oh, how I wish there was still an American news agency! I miss the good old days when reporters reported on news instead of personality.

The Judge didn't say that wearing masks was banned.

If folks still want to wear their symbol of obedience, then they should have the freedom to do so.

The rest of us just want to get along with our lives.

You know, my Dad used to say to me, when I would throw a fit and start crying for something, that I had two choices: shut it up or he would give me something worth crying over. It didn't take many of those to get me to realize that it was far, far preferable to just shut up.

One, if memory serves.

It's normal for young children to act up like that. They don't know any better, because at that tender age they haven't yet been taught better. It's the duty of the adults to teach them.

He also used to say, "If you want to be treated like an adult, act like an adult. If you act like a child, expect to be treated like a child." It seems that is another situation we have allowed to run wild: adults acting like children. So maybe I should take some initiative here...

I have long thought about placing a sign along my driveway that forbids the use of face masks. Actually forbids it. As in "No face masks allowed." (I would obviously put an exception for active-duty medical personnel in fine print.) Maybe I should actually print some of these up and offer them for sale.

Up until now, no one, and I repeat no one has even suggested banning face masks. You can buy them in any store and wear them anywhere. However, there have been numerous attempts to force face mask usage, to the point that my own personal access to public services and healthcare has been jeopardized. Perhaps that needs to change. Since so many seem to think that they have some Constitutional right to demand that those around them wear a mask, it follows that I have the same Constitutional right to demand the opposite.

People want to cry about not being able to force others to do as they want? OK, as a landowner that means I get to force them to do as I want on my property! Maybe if we get an actual movement going where people start prohibiting face mask use on their property, we'll give these wanna-be dictators something to cry about. Who knows? They might actually start acting like adults if we start treating them like children.
