Challenge Seeking To Remove Marjorie Taylor Greene From Ballot Can Go Ahead, Judge Rules

A federal judge ruled on Monday that a left-wing group’s challenge to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) candidacy in this year’s elections can proceed.

The lawsuit seeking to block Greene from seeking reelection claims the lawmaker violated the Constitution’s Disqualification Clause by engaging in a supposed insurrection against the U.S. government in the Jan. 6, 2021 breach of the U.S. Capitol building.

I'm not sure how these democrats get away with so much corruption. First of all, nobody tried to overthrow the government on January 6th. Nobody was armed on January 6th besides the guy in the black suit who openly shot and killed a Trump supporter and got away with it. There is no way that can be considered an insurrection, it is simply a term that has been overused by the corrupt enemy-of-the-people media and fully adopted by this country's most ignorant and lazy sheep.

If that was enough to remove Greene from the ballot, how was it not enough to remove Harris when she was raising money to bail out violent rioters who were burning down city blocks, assaulting bystanders, and killing or attempting to kill anyone who dare get in their way?

Is this going to be the way that democrats remove all who threaten their chance of winning an election? Is Marjorie the first domino in their goal to ultimate control and power? I hope the democrat voters wake up and realize that the people behind this have a bloodthirsty lust for power and their voters are simply pawns in a game.

I think they should be the ones who decide ... but,

How can it be an insurrection when Police removed barriers and opened the doors for the visitors.

Even though most Americans wish the "Insurrection" had succeeded in keeping Joe Biden out of the White House, the FBI says it was not that big of a deal.

Certainly not an event worthy of keeping someone from running for election or re-election.

The court systems move so slowly, Marjorie Taylor-Greene will be in her next term and slaying Democrats like mad, before a final ruling is issued.

The firearms were in cars. The weapons charges were because some people ran around with flags on poles. The Capitol police let the crowd in voluntarily, and there was no insurrection.

The charge states that while at the Capitol, Reffitt “without lawful authority to do so, and during and in relation to the offense, did use and carry a deadly and dangerous weapon and firearm, that is, a semi-automatic handgun.” This is the same s***bag who threatened his own family

Yeahhhhhh. When the right bring anything to court, you know, I know, we all know that the liberal judges dismiss whatever we bring, especially if it can hold weight. It's easier for a homeless illegal alien to start his own multi-million dollar business in one day than it is for a non democrat to be heard in court.
