Per my own experience, its unusual to be pulled over by only one cop. If not immediately, another car arrives in short order

Have the officer had another set of hands, this guy would still be alive.

There's no valid excuse on the dude's part, because nothing holds water. Nobody's buying the lame-ass excuses other than maybe 200 stunted people lipping off downtown.

That's like assuming that all police officers could magically hit the arm or the leg on command if they wanted; they just don't.

I’m not judging anything, but I watched the whole video. The officer did muzzle the back of his head while they were on the ground. Dude shouldn’t have been fighting with the cop. It’s a messed up situation. Also, the driver was pulled over for plates that didn’t match the car.

Chris Rock made an educational video years ago on how to lessen your chances for ending up in this position.

***Allegedly*** the guy was a refugee who may or may not have understood what was happening and what he was expected to do. He was pulled over for a traffic violation. He fled for unknown reasons. The officer caught the guy, they fought, the taser was pulled by the officer. The guy grabbed the taser and tried to take it from the officer. The taser was deployed twice but no one was hit. The fight ended up on the ground. The guy was face down and shot in the back of the head. I heard two versions, one was he was handcuffed when shot, the other he was not.

The fight continued another moment
Driver gets shot and killed

What happened overall ?
Who was in danger?

Why pulled over?
What was the danger?
Running means fight or flight response has kicked in.

It doesn't matter what things could've led to him still being alive. If we let the govt take over every aspect of our lives there are many things that would be the case that are positive in nature. It doesn't matter. There are sacrificed to living in a free societyand one of those is that some people will get away with crime and police don't have blanket authority over the populace.

Quit trying to excuse bad behavior.
