First, I'd hope the "Treasury Department and other federal agencies" already had this studed. And didn't need a lightbulb of Biden's caliber to spur them to action.

Second, I see this telegraphing either an official Federal Reserve crypto is on the way, or they'll regulate (i.e. choke out) cryptos altogether. For "financial stability and national security"....
