Thoughts?
BTRP has upgraded many laboratories for the Ministry of Health and the State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine, reaching Biosafety Level 2. In 2019, BTRP constructed two laboratories for the latter, one in Kyiv and one in Odesa.
BSL 2 is not a bio weapons lab.
Every dairy packaging company has one for example, for testing milk.
Are Ukrainians not allowed to have dairy products?
There are more than 200 BSL2s in my average size state alone.
BSL3 is hospital & medical research.
BSL4 is the absolute minimum for the pathogens discussed along with 'bio weapon lab'.
Our 2 such facilities are called BSL4+, because they go WAY beyond BSL4.
Fair enough but the lab in Wuhan also isnt a bio weapons lab....
MOSCOW -- Russia has dismissed an attempt by the Pentagon to clear the air following a bout of speculation from senior Russian lawmakers that the West is harvesting the genes of Russians to develop a biological weapon more deadly than the atom bomb.

What other countries have done research in that lab in Wuhan?
Excited to see your answer.

I'm convinced if i showed you an apple
you'd argue it was an onion
I think you know some stuff, but why spend 20hrs/day running defence for Ukraine?
$?
Fact is youv'e offered nothing but your thoughts
and expect proof of others
and who's "WE"?
indicates your assuming responsibility
As if you are some chosen representative on high moral ground in matters of war.
Furthermore, there are unresolved controversies about the definition of “defensive research” and the quantities of pathogens necessary for benevolent research.
A biowarfare attack would not only cause sickness and death in a large number of victims but would also aim to create fear, panic, and paralyzing uncertainty. Its goal is disruption of social and economic activity, the breakdown of government authority, and the impairment of military responses.
In addition, continued research to improve surveillance and the search for improved diagnostic capabilities, therapeutic agents, and effective response plans will further strengthen secondary prevention measures.
Weaponized agent
Almost any disease-causing organism (such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, prions or rickettsiae) or toxin (poisons derived from animals, plants or microorganisms, or similar substances produced synthetically) can be used in biological weapons. The agents can be enhanced from their natural state to make them more suitable for mass production, storage, and dissemination as weapons. Historical biological weapons programmes have included efforts to produce: aflatoxin; anthrax; botulinum toxin; foot-and-mouth disease; glanders; plague; Q fever; rice blast; ricin; Rocky Mountain spotted fever; smallpox; and tularaemia, among others.
Your own Assistant Secretary of State admitted to the existence of the biolabs.
