Really - explain this small problem. Biden has claimed he had over 81 million votes. He claimed Trump only got 70 million. When you combine those 2 numbers you come up with a number that exceeds the total number of voters in the US and those totals for Biden and Trump do NOT take into account any other candidate running for President.

That can be taken 2 ways.

The Russians attacked "civilians" with those items or "civilians" attacked Russian forces with those items. If Ukrainian civilians attacked Russian forces then they are no longer considered non-combatants and are valid targets.


Putin is going to declare martial law in occupied areas. He is doing this so he can say any civilian that is in violation can be considered valid targets (a stretch legally speaking).

It was just for fun.

putin has hurt pride feelz and told his ambassador to include that zinger in hopes that it would help divide the U.S.

He failed.

Already completely divided on this issue, and neither side cares at all what putin has to say on any issue anymore.

China asked Russia to delay Ukraine invasion until after Olympics -NYT

WASHINGTON, March 2 (Reuters) - Senior Chinese officials told senior Russian officials in early February not to invade Ukraine before the end of the Winter Olympics in Beijing, the New York Times reported, quoting Biden administration officials and a European official who cited a Western intelligence report.

The Times said the intelligence report indicated senior Chinese officials had some level of knowledge about Russia's plans or intentions to invade Ukraine before Russian President Vladimir Putin launched the operation last week.

A source familiar with the matter confirmed to Reuters that China had made the request but declined to provide details. The source declined to be identified due to the sensitivity of the matter.

"Given the evidence we have so far, I think we can't rule out either possibility definitely – that Xi didn't know (which is bad) and that Xi may have known (which is also bad),"
