Biden urges Americans to leave Ukraine won't send US troops if Americans become trapped

President Joe Biden called on US citizens to leave Ukraine immediately due to the heightened risk of a Russian invasion. Biden reiterated that under no circumstances would he send US troops to Ukraine, even to rescue Americans in case of a Russian invasion.

UK nationals have been told to leave Ukraine now while they can still do so ,

British nationals in Ukraine should leave the country now, the Foreign Office has said.

The government said people should leave now "while commercial means are available" and is advising against travel to the country.

Earlier, President Joe Biden told US citizens to leave amid fears of a Russian invasion.

Russia has repeatedly denied any plans to invade Ukraine despite massing more than 100,000 troops near the border.

The Foreign Office, which had previously advised against "all but essential travel", estimated there are a few thousand British nationals in Ukraine.

It said that, due to this increased threat, further embassy staff would be withdrawn from Kyiv - the embassy will remain open but unable to provide in-person consular assistance to any Britons who remain.

They know all this a charade because Biden has a bad approval rating.

Read the other day troops in Poland will set up che k points at the border to process people.

Cause a big gaggle of people would never be targeted.

Political chess being what it is, it would not surprise me in the slightest if this was a very expensive troll which served only one purpose:

To make the US & Friends collectively # themselves & start freaking out publicly. I.E making fools of themselves on a global stage.

Maybe, perhaps just in this instance alone, all it takes to win without a single drop shed, is to humiliate the opposition before they even get their war pants fully pulled up.

The political blowback of waging war in Ukraine with hundreds of American lives caught in the cross fire is a PR nightmare. No surprise that he's alerting our citizens to GTFO.

I know your question was of rhetorical nature. Both of them

German news paper say that US is delivering anti tank missile to the Ukraine and that Putin canceled a sea maneuver that was supposed to happen.

Myself, I don't think Russia will invade and I think the maneuver was canceled not to be ready for war, but to keep it low with such things. Bet Biden thinks Putin is scared though. This is real chess here.

Putin is playing the long game that Biden can never build up to. Just look at what he pulled off with the CO2 taxes. Everyone in Russia freaked out and wondered why he agreed because Russia would have to pay a lot.

Because he knew that there is a study almost finished that gave insight, Russia would even benefit. And guess what? They do. Putin is a chess master that sacrificed a knight to get the others queen. And the whole world fell for it, even many Russians complaining.

Sounds to me like The Pres might be sending a quiet message. No troops, everybody get out..hmmm...he might be skipping straight to the big boy toys if anything pops off.

The Ukraine seems to be only about half in control of its country anyway. Not a good situation for conventional war.

Putin is just about out of fuel on this little venture..He was testing the waters as he went and realized he would be decimated, and is now trying just to capitalize off the attention while not having to watch his world burn. This little gambit has cost him a lot. And he didn't have much to start with.

And the international community is showing him charity while the US sits back calm saying " Make a move Poo Poo"

In Putins defense, there has been a situation or two that I admired his handling of, but that in no way validates him as a world leader or excuses his BS.
