Grand Jury Model Court - Dr. Fuellmich Going Against the Global Oppressors?

Dr. Fuellmich is a laywer who has won cases against Volkswagen and the tobacco industry.
Not a nobody, and also not a big mRNA vaccine fan, it seems.

With his international team, they have collected evidence of criminal activity in the context of Covid-19 over 18 months.
They then tried to bring this to court, but were rejected everywhere.

Now they are doing some sort of a "showcase" trial for the public.
It is interesting as they are using the witnesses and proofs they had prepared for a real court case.
So there is substantial material here that professionals and experts deemed good enough to be presented to a judge and a jury.

What absolutely fascinated me, is that this is not limited to Covid-19, but directly attacks the financial elite behind it, naming Bill Gates and Blackrock among others as defendants. That is why I chose this forum.

If there are any attorneys or lawyers on ATS who happen to see this, I would be curious to know what you think about this.

I've been following this and thinking about this case, wondering how it's been going. As to be expected corruption everywhere , as they were rejected everywhere. With the evidence so overwhelming why else would they reject the case?

THIS should be headline news but the media is controlled and full of lies, half truths and propaganda, its' purpose is not to inform the public (So democracy is gone) but to CONTROL THEM by controlling what they think is truth and what they think they know.

You’re stating absolute fact. And it’s not even denied by any single person on earth anymore.

The media lying, telling half truths, spreading propaganda and falsehoods (in ONE single direction) is openly supported by a sizeable minority of people

that they are proudly claiming to oppose disinformation is the hardest part of talking with those people, or witnessing them interact with other people. It rattles my nerves knowing they believe that they are the purveyors of fact.

have been curious about these guys for some time..i saw a press conference they held I believe they held it in Germany but could be mistaken. It was a while ago.

For the Crimea that matter most, court is useless.

and courts biggest purpose in USA is to bring in sales to the private prison industry, and to maintain a rule of law that's not actually for the people. The more people in prison , the bigger profits. I realize that's not the only reason. Here in Canada it's not a private prison complex and we still have full prisons and jails , but can't ignore the financial incentive in the USA.

Anyways my sloppy rant is over.

Coming to think about it more, it might be a real chance to raise awareness or even initiate actual change.
The way I understand it is that they will play through an entire legal process and that would include defense attorneys, too. Thus proofs and witnesses will undergo scrutiny and that should be interesting to watch.

If this project gains track and millions of people follow it, it might be a game changer. Possibly even leading to an actual court case.

Normally I would expect something like this to disappear from view within hours. But these are professional lawyers and I hope they know what rules to follow so they cannot be attacked easily on legal grounds.

Stupidly, it had already been released - and is now being studied by the medical community. THEY WERE CAUGHT WITH THEIR PANTS DOWN, CHANGING DATA AFTER THE FACT. My guess is that this deserves criminal investigation.

It starts great with Alex Thompson, a former officer of the British intelligence agency GCHQ (something like the NSA). He gives a historic background. As the video is almost 6 hours (!) long, I simply cannot watch it all, at least not right now.

But here is the top comment of the video. It explains a lot to me what the purpose of this model proceeding is. Much more behind it than I thought!

This is excellent. To the people that seem to be confused about the purpose of this grand jury process. This is not “fake” and it is not simply a PR exercise. This is being developed so the evidence is on record and indictments can be issued so that local people around the world can do either private or public prosecutions in their own courts. These courts could be existing courts or we the peoples common law courts. In common law countries we have the right to do “private prosecutions”, this means we don’t need to police to be involved to take people to court. However a case of this size would usually be cost/time/logistically prohibitive. So this amazing team of experts, lawyers and judge are providing the entire prosecution model including format, evidence, expert testimony etc. so this can be cut and paste across courts globally with all of the evidence needed for convictions. If the current legal system fails and doesn’t bring justice this is especially important as we the people can begin private prosecutions at a very low cost. This is a VERY smart approach.
