If you look at how society has been the last several years it really isn't surprising. The workdays are longer, the work weeks are getting longer, diet is typically worse, sleep is typically worse, and being medicated for anxiety is up. In general the amount of stress most peopel endure is up whether it is job related or pressure they put on themselves.

I know someone that just had a stroke. Young, early 40s and very healthy, non vaccinated if that makes a difference.
I agree with you, all the stress is starting to get to everyone.

Good choice. A lot of 'liberals' could learn from that and remember 'if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all'

The governor of New Mexico is a Lujan also. Are they related?

There's probably a procedure in place to cover his voting.

If there weren't, the evil left would have killed a few republicans already.

There's no rule that allows a Senator to vote when not in The Chamber !!

The House can, but not The Senate !!

Unless I'm missing something in the rules 🪀☎️🪔

It's possible. The crusty gal who used to be my aerobics instructor before I had to switch classes was older than I am by a ways, used to kick my butt twice a week, and had fully recovered from a fairly serious stroke.

Does anyone know any specific good that will come of the Senate being 50 / 50 now?

With the wise and honorable Kamala Harris holding the tie-breaking vote?

God truly help us....

Doesn't sound like music, but sounds like good news.
I never wish ill on anyone because of stupid politics.

I only wish that stupid politics would become smart politics.

Unlike some people.

Like people that don't know the difference between the US House and Senate?

Term Limits sound great but TPTB will just start buying more Candidates before elections and have a bigger "Bank" List 😨
