I'm not saying its a waste of time. But having seen all these protest and now seeing some European countries saying forget the passport crap. But Canada PM is NOT for its citizens. Why I don't know.

That was my thought; I expected to see one long line of bumper to bumper rigs. That doesn't look as heavy as freeway off-hour traffic around Seattle.

What did the massive anti mandate convoy accomplish in Australia?

What if the government gives in and says truckers dont have to be mandated?

Do they give up and go home ? Do half of them?

How long before they send willing agents and troops and cops to drag them out of their trucks 0ne by one ?

They are currently rolling across a Province that is approximately the size of Texas.

Otherwise, it looks like you are just driving normal to deliver your load.

I think maybe it's just that Canadians are too polite to be assholes.

Take a ruler to Manitoba, they are covering the whole province, that's many thousands of trucks.

And there is only ONE major urban center there (Winnipeg). It's a huge field for thousands of kms otherwise.

You've heard of the Great Plains? Not a lot of lanes and traffic to bunch up, just lots of road and fields.

Once they pass Sudbury and onto the urban areas it will be a giant cluster#uck.

You don't support them? Or what?

Our authorities would freak if they try any shenanigans like blocking oncoming lanes and such, they've already threatened them with tterrorism charges ffs.

It may not work this time around, especially as trudeau is apparently out west here and parliament isn't in session, but what it is doing it giving people in canada a chance to talk. We have been completely silenced through censorship in the media, guilt through propaganda, and the rhetoric designed to create fear and division. People are actually discussing this and more than the number of trucks is the fact that every roadway, overpass, on and off ramp in most towns are absolutely crowded with supporting people.

Farmers are joining in their own convoys too as well as indigenous leaders from up north. The fact the trucker's go fund me got to $5 million in short order says it all.

I really think canadians just needed to know they weren't the only one hiding how they felt about the mandates.

I hear American truckers are coming to the border as well.

Our Truckers need to take note and follow suit.

You want to effect change in this country, and stop this fascist BS, then put a stop to that supply chain, even the rich need that!

Also great to see how much support they are getting.

But what is it with the Canadian™ flags everywhere ?

Isn't the ' system' that is imposing the Mandates™ : the same 'system' that foments the fervent nationalism ?

Isn't it 'their' flag : and not the flag of the people ?

Why are they worshiping the same flag that is on Janet's bedsheets ?

Does anyone else wonder about that odd feeling of 'pride' that swells-up in us when we see our flag ?

Are we not conditioned, or programmed for that tribalism ?

The flag is the people's.

The government are supposed to work for the people, not against them. That's kinda the point of the protest.

The government need reminding who holds the real power. Elitist politicians live in a fantasy world most of the time.

The flag thing is off-topic, and an idea for another day.

Saw some Freedom-Truckers today !!
Was out driving, and saw about 15 people on an overpass, with a couple of flags and signs.

Then drove-by about 20 pick-ups and 10 cars with the flags, and Freedom signs on them.
Was honking and waving my hand up high, and encouraging them on.
