Gutted. What else can be said. We will not see his like. Legend is a much overused term today, but it can be truly said that big guy was larger than life in every respect.

Anyway, I think he was in decline for a while. Didn't he collapse on stage a couple years back?

He said it when he was over here in the UK on a chat show and it's always stuck with me.

Collapsed on stage in Canada in 2016/17 I think. He also broke his collar bone falling of a stage around the same sort of time.

I'm sitting at work playing some Meatloaf on my computer. My Boss just came in and said "Crank it." I've got some Bluetooth speakers so the whole place is jamming.

So very sad to see him go. He was a wonderful person and a fantastic singer.
