Why didn't Tupac's head grow hair by the time he was on that autopsy table?

Im not so sure it really does continue to grow. I think what really happens is the tissues dry/dessicate, causing the hair and its follicle to protrude further outwards.

But i could be wrong.

Still...you are expecting how much hair growth?
