They relied on rapid coronavirus tests to gather safely. Some wish they hadn't.

They got me on that headline, but I stopped here:

Rona MacInnes, 54, was determined to do everything possible to protect her elderly mother as her family prepared to gather for Christmas in Pennington, N.J.

Are they messing with us, or is this person really named RONA!!!!πŸ€£πŸ˜…

I've known of several women called Rona. Not that common, but certainly not rare or unusual.

Which is to say no one names anyone not a dog those here.

for the slow one's here, the joke is in the irony of her name being "Rona", at a time when the "Rona" is going around. In other words, laugh clown, it's what you do in clown world.

The college junior would take six rapid tests before the holiday, all of which returned negative results. But it would become clear only later - after he had spent time with his grandmother - that he had been infected the whole time. Several days after gathering for Christmas, he got a positive result back from the first available lab-based PCR test he was able to book.

So does this speak to the Accuracy of the PCR test ?

He took six rapid test all negative , then PCR Positive and Presto Covid-19 .

Once again more evidence the PCR test is consistently producing false positives .

I got a kick out of this one...Thomas Rona in 1987 said the Dept of Energy (DOE) should lead the Human Genome Project.

HUMAN GENOME MAPPING SHOULD TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER GENE SEQUENCING.

Thomas P. Rona (1923–1997) was a 1980s era science advisor to the Defense Department and the White House under Presidents Reagan and Bush.

He also introduced the phrase "Information warfare."
1976 (July) - "Weapon Systems and Information War" [PDF] by Thomas P. Rona : Career-defining research paper with Boeing, sponsored by Office of Net Assessment, Pentagon.
