So everyone really gets where we are in Quebec
a list of current measures

Vaxx passport to go to restaurant and other public buildings (Booster shots are being added so no boost no passport)
Manadatory vaxx for gov't workers
Curfew between 10 pm and 5am with fines from 1000 to 10K ( But you can walk your dog within 1km of your house)
Kids remote learning instead of classroom
Masks everywhere in public
Covid test to fly or train ( Vaxx passport to fly is coming)
limited visiting of terminally ill
Govt is now getting vindictive with other moves before the unvaxxed tax
GOVT run liquor stores and POT shops now require VAX passport to buy booze and pot( but oddly enough gov't workers can work there with no VAX... (Union won that one)

Love your comment that most of us just get-along : as that is my experience ; here bathing in the multicultural, and multi-everything bath of the city.

Folks have minor problems with folks, and work them out.

Folks have major problems with oppressors, and we'll see how that goes.

If we are picky about who we choose to have children with : would that also make life a factor of discrimination ?

We already pay though, it's part of taxation that already exists, lotteries, liquor, cigarettes, most "sin" taxes as they like to call them, fund healthcare

Considering how many Quebec and Ontario plates (even a couple from Alberta and Manitoba) I've seen here in Florida it looks like they don't want to be there either. Way beyond the normal snow bird amounts it seems.

Can't say I blame them.

The reality has hit that the hospital system is struggling to cope with the vaccine injured, and he thinks that with the present narrative, the unvaxed can pay for it. This guy is like Macron he probably is dancing to Rothchildes tune or he gets the long drop. This is totally neurotic. All the leaders are clowns and mentally challenged.
