Work around sick people enough and your immune system tends to get built up to cast iron levels.
I can't claim to have been first responder status, but I did spend several years working around kids who are notorious for bringing you every little thing that can be caught and passed on.
After about three years of constant misery, I was pretty bullet proof.

Since you have been fairly close to people with covid, do you think at some point you got a mild form of it and built a natural immunity to it? Or has your immunity just fought it off entirely since the beginning?
I was thinking during the Spanish flu some never got it because they had a robust immunity, even though they were surrounded by family and friends that did and died. I would say most of us alive today, have ancestors; that not that long ago survived the Spanish flu, I know I do. Is it luck, or strong genetics, or maybe a better diet too than their peers.

Everyone needs to know that they changed the definition of "fully vaccinated" to 2 jabs + x# boosters so they could claim hospitals are overwhelmed with unvacinated people despite the fact most in hospital only had 2 shots. Clever on their part. Bad bookkeeping is useful for more than bankers apparently.

I could be wrong, but I believe that I have built a natural immunity from frequent exposure over a long period of time.
I am a first responder and I continued to work through all of this, since before March 2020, and the great lock down.
I am in and out of hospitals. I have cared for patients with COVID, pre and post COVID. Of course I use good hygiene and PPE, but I think I have developed natural immunity, and I trust it and God before any of the vaccines they are pushing right now.

My immunity has held up ::knocks wood:: while nearly everyone around me has become sick in the last 2 weeks. Only the vaccinated are catching whatever is going around here. Sadly we've had to cancel our annual New Years Day dinner we have with friends of almost 50 years. He's a professional chef too and always cooks up something amazing but his wife is immunodeficient and vulnerable. it's getting harder and harder to keep traditions going.
