he was a reading a text, tansmitting a message.
but the video at the end is referring to the person who died.

this is a text explaining that the person was reading Memoirs, not reading for an script.
and he is quoting the same link you said:

and yes, as a coincidence...the pandemic happened in 2018 in the same way as he told, or as the Lockdown scenario said..

if you watch carefully, the person that appeared in the video is not the same that the one that is transmitting the information, it is only a messenger. The person, who is suposed to be the agent (or sender), which memories were from, appears at the beginning and at the end of the movie at different ages.

So many movies have so much fiction that they might "tell all" of a fictional story, is that what he meant? It would be nice to have some context to understand what that quote means, if he really said it.
