Jury was dismissed for the day, after asking for a calendar of events in the case.

Seems at least one juror isn't convinced that jussie is guilty.

My opinion is clearly guilty. No question. The realistic side of me is saying he gets a slap on the wrist and becomes a new spokesman for the woke mob. The optimistic side of me is hoping for a few years in jail.

i thought 12-0 was only for capital murder charges.or there abouts.

thats why jury selection is so important/ to get some that agree with the defence? all jury cases i've been involved with have been open and shut cases. lol.

All criminal convictions at any level in the U.S. require a unanimous verdict for each specific charge.

Some civil (non criminal) courts do not require a unanimous verdict though.
