He skirted the question, he said they had 7 vials from 4 different trademarks and found graphene oxide in 28 out of 110 but he doesn't specify if they were from different vials. He also doesn't say where the samples came from.

He then goes on to say that they have not worked on characterizing it, what kind of graphene, concentration and toxicity.

All in all, he is just saying that they spotted carbon structures but they have not really figured out what they are.
