That is what happened in the Philippines. Spratley's is not even there they killed coral reefs and built an military airstrip out there and there is another shoal they took over up north too!

Ha,ha, sounds like an invasion to me but no with war, but financially motivated and executed, who needs war when you can just do like loan sharks do.

the elites cash in. China gets resources. the average citizen gets little or no benefit.

So the gave them the airstip doesn't mean they have to give them airspace or access to the property.

Just leave it derelict and get the EU to build one next door.
