A true legend and giant of Formula 1 , Williams dominated the sport through the 90s as an independent team against the big boys of motor sport all because Sir Frank new how to run a team and how to spot talented drivers , his partnership with design genius Adrian Newey ensured Williams racing would have the competitive edge for most of the decade.

It was sad to see their demise in the latter years but his status as a legendary team principle will live long in F1 history books.

RiP Sir Frank Williams , a formidable man who battled against adversity and came out the winner time after time.
