Healthcare in the US is going to get much much worse.

I did mine at Shepard AFB in WItchita Falls, Texas, but that was back in the early 90's.

Ah interesting. I completed my AIT in '96.

I know they closed down the school at Fitzsimons in Denver; the school for the Army moved to Ft. Sam Houston IIRC. I think the MOS designation has actually changed now too.

We trained with Navy personnel, and even some folks from allied armed forces from abroad.

I really loved that field, and the training I received set the groundwork for my career today.
