Dude, I have parents. They're in their 70s and juggling three or four remotes just fine. Yeah, the volume is loud, but the hearing tends to go. It has little to do with cognitive ability one way or the other.

Can we all please discuss the real issue!? Any vehicle operated by someone not currently employed and accredited by the state to operate it - i.e. any personal vehicles - need to stop now! We also need to remove all assault vehicles from the road! /sarc

On a side note - how absurd to be attempting to give this person an excuse or plausible reason for their actions. Watch the videos and look at the witness statements. He aims for certain groups of people over others in several of them. His social media screams radicalized by anti white propaganda.

Hate crime charges should be filed on every single charge given his social media content alone. I sat with both my gran and grandpa and watched them deteriorate as they got older, and the only one in my family that was their for them as needed.

Plenty to do with cognitive ability which will deteriorate as they approach the ages i mentioned.

One of my grand parents bodies went the other their mind.

My Gran succumbing to vascular dementia and Grandpa to heart failure, both made it to 91 years old.

What a strain that placed on my Grandpa having to watch his Mrs deteriorate in such a manner.

Point is ketsuko after about 85 years old it all goes pear shaped one way or the other.

Are there acceptations to that rule, yes, but certainly not for the majority.
