And the video I was talking about in my post that you originally commented on has been posted in the thread a few times since. That supports my claim of just stating what I had heard someone at the scene say in a video.

Some dude or dudes in a red SUV drove through a parade smacking into a bunch of people of all ages. At least 20 injured, adults and kids, at least 2 dead, but likely more. The injured were taken to the hospitals in police vehicles, family cars, and ambulances, etc. One suspect is in custody. No one knows if there are more. Original reports were three.

No one yet knows why either.

Much of the thread has been a mix of concern trolling over the speculation as to why. It is pretty certain the perps aren't white because the press hasn't reported any ethnicity that we know of although there were early reports of black men in the SUV.

Of course, the knee jerk is to want to tie this to Rittenhouse, but we don't really know.

I found odd that is being reported that FBI isn’t leading when terrorism hasn’t been ruled out.

There was one bit of a bright spot in all this -

Because they traditionally take part in most parades of this nature, emergency services were almost immediately able to reach victims, so response time was nearly zero. I'm sure that may have made a difference for some.
