The throat clearing is a result of gastric reflux. The cause of the neuropathy in the foot is undiagnosed, as the report notes that it frequently is in almost half the mild cases.

Throat issues are also a part of Parkinsons. It was one of the most annoying issues for my dad.
He always felt like he was choking, couldn't swallow, had too much saliva.

He have neurological deficiencies and damage due to having two brain surgery to remove blood clogs. so yes as he gets older this side effects are all expected, he should never have been allow to be a presidential candidate.

You would have to try to figure out what was causing the gate disorder to figure out how to properly treat it and cure the problem. I am not fond of the practice of treating the symptoms, fixing the problem can require lots more effort because multiple things can cause conditions most times.

Some meds can have side effects that can lead to gate disorders, so can OLD AGE. specialized dietary changes might help but that is harder when a person is OLD. He won't remember what to eat or what not to eat anyway, he has Cognitive decline so he won't even remember to take a pill unless someone hounds him about it every day.

I am sure that the government has some pretty good doctors to hand out meds to him. Maybe one that would turn him into an honest person might help him a little.

This DOC was a member of the military bariactric specialists who is one of a very few specialists trained in this medicine. is Joe getting special treatment in Delaware being tjhat Delaware just got their second chamber? bariatric chamber and treatment is a relatively new treatment in dementia patients..look it up

Medical science says heat helps stiff joints.
I know of no better heat source for his ailments than the fires of hell.
He should make a appointment immediately.
That should fix things right up and prevent future issues.
