An Arizona-based scientist believes the first known case of COVID-19 was from a vendor at a Wuhan wet market and not an accountant who reported symptoms much later and lived miles away from the market.

The study by Dr. Michael Worobey, an evolutionary biologist at the University of Arizona, was published Thursday in the journal Science. The new study comes amid swirling questions regarding the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic, a topic that has bitterly divided the country for months.

Good thread. As we get closer to the Beijing Winter Olympics (Feb 2022), countries, companies, and individuals are turning a blind eye to China being partially responsible for the 5.1 MILLION Covid-19 deaths across the globe.

Not gonna happen, who is gonna stand up to them? Joe Biden the bought and owned members of our Congress and Senate. Our governors who no doubt get kickbacks like Brian Kemp likely enjoys, both side do it. I think China realized long ago we don't have to fight democracy just buy control of it from our politicians.

Australia is China's primer for buying and owning a country... They already have their sights on Africa and have no compunctions such as human rights, to get at Africas' natural resources.

Hell for 20 billion they could own every tinpot dictator on the continent along with the quasi democracies. Our only hope is they need American consumerism, nobody consumes to excess like Americans. Even then it's not gonna be a pleasant world.

The best way to make sure nobody is ever held accountable is to produce as many 'factual' scenarios as possible, making the true story impossible to recognize or prove.

The 1% have so much dirt on each other that they have to cover each others' backs; if one goes down, many, many others fall with them.

As Saul Alinsky said, "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it." We've certainly seen that play out many times in the last few of years.

I still think it was minks. They tried to infect racoon dogs on purpose for research, but it looks like racoon dogs didn't have any symptoms and Covid didn't take to them.

Minks, on the other hand, can catch SARS and COVID, and Covid mutates in minks exponentially and transmits back to humans. This mink-to-human and human-to-mink transmission gives it a strong possibility of the animal of origin.

Minks would have been at the market. And China would have sold minks to Italy in the early pandemic.

So the real question would be: How did SARS get into Chinese minks? Once in the mink population, it would have easily mutated to Covid plus a wide range of additional mutations.

We've seen other viruses from wet markets and not a single one had these transmission rates in humans. Not to mention not one of the almost 100,000 animals that have been tested in these wet markets have tested positive.

Occam's razor would dictate the likely source was the lab that was actually studying similar strains. Rather than an act of nature as covid-19 is abhorrent to nature in almost every way.
