Thanks for the recommendation, I’m about 70% thru the book, and I find it to be quite fascinating. I must admit I am pretty skeptical about claims of abduction being extraterrestrial in origin. I believe that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof and although this account is quite detailed and very interesting, it certainly lacks that proof. A good start, would be the name of the policeman in the accident story, or a verification of the Deli and elevator incident. If these things were able to be verified it would go a long way in establishing credibility. Still not proof, but a good start in that direction.

In my 70 years I’ve had an intense interest and tried to keep an open mind about these events. I’m still not convinced. I would really like to be able to believe these accounts, and as close as I can come is that, some people honestly believe they have had an experience and some people say they have had an experience solely to profit.

You would imagine all the same there should be plenty of high definition video and pics of multiple UFO materialising everyday with the prevalence of smartphones in this day of age.

And yet most of the images and video that materialise are somewhat inclusive at best.

I have read that individuals have placed surveillance cameras in the the house with them, report that they have had an abduction experience and nothing shows up on tape except the person sleeping all night.
I don’t claim to have any answers at all, just questions. Is there something going on? I believe there is. What it is I don’t know. What I do know is that the people who have the experience believe it is real. Also that there are so many of these accounts reported thru history that they cant just be discounted as fantasy.
I would not want to have one of these encounters and believe the best advice would be that if you see a ufo or alien, run like hell. I really think that there is no positive outcome from the experience.
I really wish that I could get to the bottom of this, but I don’t think I ever will.

It would be nice to have some definitive answers.

Maybe we are not supposed to have those or are ready for such answers or ideologies yet.

Considering we still choose to squabble over ever diminishing resources and kill one another over religious indifference.

in the book it is speculated the Grays come from Alpha Centauri which is all but 4.2 light years away. It is really interesting to note that just the other day I saw a news item which says this system may be looked at for life in the very near future as our tech advances.
