I was expecting Binger and Kraus at the last minute to be like “um, your honour? We’d like a ruling on that mistrial without prejudice motion from yesterday…pretty please your honour?”

So happy with this result. Hope Kyle can live in peace, look gleefully forward to the wailing of neoliberals, and sincerly hope that Binger and Kraus get disbarred for this travesty of a trial.
