Nitric oxide levels are boosted through exercise. Once sick, rest is the best option.

Nitric oxide, NAC, vit C, melatonin are all very very helpful.

NAC, Vit C, melatonin, Vit D3, Zinc, Quercitin, yes, very beneficial.

But there is no 'nitric oxide' supplement that I'm aware of.

Are you? Best you can do is take some things to boost levels (like beetroot powder)...

I'd love to be wrong...

You are correct there is no direct nitric oxide supplement. Certain beet supplements are shown to clinically produce Nitric Oxide. Berkley Life Pro is one of them. I can't tell you how many people have had full turn around with it.

Many supplements don't actually produce NO. Also arginine is often one of the ways people try to support NO production, but this can be counterproductive in the people that need the help the most, those with decoupled NOS enzyme.

Bummer, was hoping I was wrong...

Yes, as I noted in my comment...

Supposedly, l-citrulline is far more effective, but I don't know if it has any downsides...

I'll stick with my beet kvass...

L-citruline is slightly better, but its essentially the same pathway. Why be bummed? If beets produce NO, and they do in some cases, thats all you need. And it is so effective. I love Kvass
